Staff were amazing. Our original room was very loud because of weather/door structure but they were accommodating and moved us to a quieter room. Great amenities. Great location. Only downside was expensive parking.

The room was nice, the view was excellent. That evening there was substantial winds from the west hitting the building square on and there must be a piece of exterior cladding or flashing that was banging up against the exterior wall ALL NIGHT, I had to run the heating/cooling fan on all night to try and help drown out the noise. a bad night sleep :( I did let the front desk know and all I got was "Thanks, I'll let maintenance know" and two free coffees.

Five days there. A/C noisy (as it is almost everywhere); floor never or badly vacuumed; room service dishes and leftovers in the hallway all day; fridge was freezing our fruit and left uncleaned after a frozen drink popped its lid; breakfast quite bad (salty, rubbery, far too sweet, subpar ingredients); a credit dispute never resolved, passed off as not their problem when they took the money through an agent; guests should be notified when reservations are required in the dining room . . . a few good things: some helpful and pleasant staff; great top-floor pool and hot tub (ceiling paint peeling); well-appointed fitness room (electronics on one machine and the TV failed)
