The hotel was full of hockey kids and i was not oart of the tournament, yet given a room in a hallway full of kids. The noise of them playing tag in the hallway, and knocking on doors and screaming was unbearable. The hotel did not think of placing non-hockey guests on a different floor, such a simple solution. Was not able to use the pool or hot tub. Not a great stay at all

The only thing that I have to comment about is that the walk in shower was not very clean with hair on the walls, which I noticed which leaves me to thinking about what I couldn’t see.

For the room rate, having to pay an extra 30$ for parking is a little ridiculous as is having only a single caffeinated and decaf coffee pod in a room with 2 queen beds. No inroom WiFi unless you join the Marriot club? Staff were friendly and the facilities good, but these policies tarnish the stay

waterfront in the heart of downtown Kingston
Love this Kingston waterfront hotel for a quick getaway. We travel with our 3 little furballs and they are always greeted with treats and belly rubs :) The restaurant on site ‘Aquaterra’ is upscale and worth a visit.
