Waffled between a 4 and a 3, went to a 3 because I specifically booked a hotel with a pool and the major problem was that the pool was FREEZING, like 15 degrees? Including the pool room which was a super bummer as my kiddo is a fish and was excited to swim and did, but couldn't stay long because of the cold. Everything else was frankly really good, the breakfast is super limited but fine, the room was clean and well appointed, check in was fast, parking good, location was great, rates we reasonable, just an absolutely freezing pool which really ruined things.

Basic continental style breakfast with enough choices. Food was fresh. Updated hotel. No carpeting. Large screen tv. Very good staff. Easy parking. Close to restaurants gas 401. Overall a decent place to stay.

If only there were a sixth star. What a great hotel. The bed was really comfortable and I loved the pillows. And for my first time the TV remote was understandable. I’ll definitely be staying here on my return trip. Great staff. Excellent in every way!!

The condition of the bathroom wasn’t good, it wasn’t dirty per se but rather run down. The curtains were old and need replacement as they had mildew the ceiling was peeling and the tile was really cold. It was noisy until 1 am, difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good!

The staff were helpful but the stay was not what we expected at all. The crib that we were given to borrow was broken, breakfast was awful (only hard boiled eggs, no meat at all and pancakes that took forever to make but still felt undercooked), and the pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Wish we had stayed somewhere else!
