Worst place to stay EVER

Pros: Nothing, they are stealing from me! Charging me for a 3 night stay when I was only there for 1 night!
Cons: Nothing, they should not be in business the way they conduct this Inn. It is a very shady place.
Location: Location not close to anything.
Family vacation and staying one night at the Inn. Walked into the room and smelled heavily of garlic, onion odour as if someone had been cooking in the room. The hallway had no odour just the room. Website says fridge - no fridge noted in the room. Wifi was not working any time we were in the room. When checking out of the room the hotel staff tried to charge me for another payment for the room (we pre-paid the room). I wish that was all but now I've been charged by the Inn for 3nights when I only booked and stayed there for 1 night! Still dealing with this place. Never, never, NEVER book with this place! I booked at other hotels for the same price and had WAY better experiences!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry this was not the best experience, you had hoped for. We are looking into this matter to improve and make sure these issues get fixed. As of February 2016 we are now known as the Thriftlodge Kingston. We are currently under renovations. We have many updated guest rooms and are actively making improvements to the exterior, meeting areas, halls and accommodations. I do encourage you to book with us again, so we can change your impression of us.

When I got into bed there was sand in my bed at least that is was I was hoping it was. Staff was nice but I was creeped out by the bed.

So Sorry for the less than great stay, we are so sorry for the late response, however the hotel is now under new management and is receiving much needed upgrades and to the rooms and building as a whole
