Hotel review

The bathroom floor and tub had hair on it. When called the housekeeping staff came to pick the hair up and didn't plan on doing any cleaning with cleaning products. The white comforter on the bed also had short curly dark hair on it. The hotel was nice enough to give us a different room but to our surprise that room also had hair on that floor in the bathroom and a hair in the tub. We were done by then asking for a clean room and just gave up. It was sad to know we paid $157 for a night there. Never once were we offered a refund. They just continued to give us the same vouchers over again.

Hotel is close to Falls, casino, restaurants.

Pros: Location..loacation...location!! Price..watched for weeks until price dropped. Comfy beds/pillows. Quiet, free parking in casino with the PAC pass.
Cons: When you first arrive it's a bit like a maze. The lobby is hidden. hard to find. easy to figure out once youve been there. Pool needs less chlorine!!
Location: Casino walk thru the indoor walkway. Outdoor eatiers with great music! So MANY restauraunts to choose! Falls right down the hill! Weebo bus at door.
Room very comfy! Park in casino on 5th floor to advoid paying for parking! This hotel is very close to falls without paying the falls price. Comfy beds & pillows. QUIET! Walk to casino via tunnel without going outside. Also connected to Hilton. So many restauraunts inside both hotels & casino! Bring small backpacks to carry around, even with bus there is a lot of walking! Take note: folks wear a slight more than casual attire in the erly evening & nighttime hours. (Khakies/dress shirt..ladies nice dress/skirt with a nice shirt, or capris with dressier shirt. not many in jeans, but you CAN wear anything! Went in mid august, 2016 VERY hot!!! Don't miss the Magic show in Clinton Area. More like an Illusionionist. ( forget his name at the moment.) AWESOME!! Take Weego Bus to that area in the day. There is a booth set up with a woman selling tickets. ( Everyone said it was sold out! Then we were shopping and saw the booth selling tickets for that night.YAY!) Fun show, about 1.5 hours. For all ages. Very reasonably priced!

OK hotel close to falls, restaurants, and casino

Pros: Location was key. Near the falls, near good restaurants, near the casino. Valet service was quick and helpful.
Cons: Elevator was small and slow. Room was older, needed updating. Windows did not seal so could hear street noise clearly. Carpet was gross.
Location: Location was key. Near the falls, near good restaurants, near the casino. Plenty to keep busy. WEGO public transit was useful.
The hotel was close to the falls and casino. Excellent proximity to all activities and several restaurants. The beds and bathroom were clean, although the carpet in the room was spotted and stained. We elected to stay in a city view room. The view was of My Cousin Vinny restaurant. We arrived about 9:00PM. Check in was easy. Valet service was expensive. The other option was a parking lot on the next block for a few dollars less. My Cousin Vinny had a live band each night between 8 and 11 and the windows in our room did not seal properly. We could hear the band loud and clear. Each morning there was construction outside our window and we heard that loud and clear as well. We got a pizza at Mario's restaurant to eat in our room one night. The pizza was clearly made from frozen. Did not use the pool or the gym so cannot review. We brought a small cooler to keep some water and soft drinks, but the ice maker was empty each time I went to use it. It was nice having IHOP and Starbucks in the hotel. The elevator to our building was small and slow. There were lots of family's there and only one family could fit on the elevator at a time. We discovered another elevator bank that was for the bigger building that was much bigger, faster, and even smelled better. Front desk should have told us about this option at check in. I recommend if you stay at this hotel that you opt for the better room in the main building. In this case you truly get what you pay for.

Nice hotel, near the falls and other attractions.

Pros: The location was great. The hotel is well-maintained and offers many conveniences.
Location: The hotel is within easy walking distance of the falls and other attractions. There are many restaurants in the area, as well.
The hotel was clean, modern and easy to access. We had a king room with a comfortable bed and a large-enough TV. When we arrived, there were several people in the check-in line, so two more staff members came out and handled everyone within a few short minutes. It was a welcome change from lines we've experienced elsewhere. The hotel has restaurants and entertainment facilities within and is connected to a casino via an enclosed walkway. The falls are just a few minutes walk away. A very pleasant experience and a great location.

Watch out for fees!

There is a fee that is called the TIF. It's a fee that I do not believe you have to pay so be careful that they don't push that on you! IHOP tries to do and the hotel does too!

A trip to remember

Pros: Not much
Location: Great Trip except for the hotel and staff
Friday night Fire in Laundry locked out of hotel for two plus hours. Hotel lobby and halls smelled like fire and smoke. Saturday 2AM to 4AM issue with guest in hall outside our room, Police Called after multiple complaints from us and other guest. They left them in the hall continuing to make outrageous noise the entire time! No sleep Friday Night Saturday AM Desk Manager said no room adjustments could be made due to booking outside of hotel with Travelocity.com Saturday PM car was picked up from Valet: they left the window rolled down and it rained in damaging our new cars door panel and $60.00 spare cell phone battery. Hotel stated that the valet firm is hired by Hotel but no one assumes any accountability. Valet manager said they would review video tapes and get back to us. NO FOLLOW UP. He told us Valet leaves windows cracked frequently due to looking keys in cars. (That's not a secure way of dealing with some ones car. Sunday still no resolve to issues with car. Saturday evening and again Sunday - No one knows who the valet company owners are, and all management deflects inquiry and resolution. Note: The valet manager did give us some wine country tastings cards to appease us but no resolution to the car issue. No Resolve on the Room Charges
