professional staff, I was assisted my Marny, she was so attentive, we just got engaged and she had a bottle of wine sent to our room, we paid extra for the fallsview room but due to fog and the weather, it was bit of a waste, but the casino is in walking distance within the hotel along with a lovely bar with a live band and restaurant, overall 7 out of 10

Hotel was clean and staff were amazing. The only negative thing I have is that we can hear people from inside our room (laughing, talking, banging of doors) and it wasn’t a great experience as it kept us awake throughout the night.

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting Niagara Falls. The view from our room was amazing. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance but the bus stop is right outside the hotel if we couldn’t walk. We would definitely stay again if we plan another trip back.
