Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was no hot water in my room, and I waited over 30 minutes around midnight but still only had cold water. I had an early morning flight and needed to shower and rest, so this was very frustrating. The front desk said many people were using the water and it would take time, but the issue was not resolved. In addition, the front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and basic amenities to work properly.

The room wasn’t clean, and the bathroom was one of the worst I stayed in. We checked out a night early because of how bad the condition of the room was. The tv didn’t work and the lights didn’t work. The staff was nice and the main lobby was nice but that’s it.
