The fire alarm went off 13 times the first night of our stay. At no time did management contact us to explain what was going on. We called down to find out what was going on. They told us to ignore it without any explanation of what was happening. It went off all throughout the night and none of us slept AT ALL. It was miserable!

For the price, it's exactly what you need. The bed was comfortable enough. Wifi was a bit spotty when streaming movies. The water in the shower can be very tempermental. Ours would fluctuate between somewhat warm, to suddenly burning hot or freezing cold. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The room was clean and set up as advertised. We were really only there to sleep, so it was perfect for us. There is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs to your room. If the front door is locked late at night because the employee is busy there's a room key card reader outside the door. It does not work well. You have to quickly slide your card in and out multiple times until you hear the door click. It's close enough to Clifton Hill that you can walk if physically able. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We never had a problem parking. If you're just looking for a place to sleep while exploring Niagara this motel does the trick.
