I am writing to summarize the concerns regarding my stay at your hotel from December 24 to December 26, 2025.
After checking in on the evening of December 24 and returning to our room around 3:00 a.m., the toilet overflowed upon first use, flooding the bathroom and part of the room. Our shoes, luggage, and personal belongings were soaked in toilet water, creating an unhygienic and distressing situation.
Despite contacting the front desk immediately, no maintenance support was available due to Christmas Eve. A front desk associate attempted to assist, but the issue could not be resolved, leaving us without access to the bathroom in our room throughout the night and forcing us to use the restroom at the reception area.
The issue was only addressed the following morning, by which time the room had an unpleasant odor and was unsuitable for rest. We were also delayed for prior morning commitments. I was advised to email the manager, which I did, but have received no response to date, reflecting a lack of follow-up and accountability.
This experience significantly impacted our stay and fell well below reasonable expectations of hygiene, safety, and guest care.
