From the moment we checked in, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and condescending, which immediately set a negative tone for our stay.
The room itself was outdated and unsanitary. The headboard was visibly stained, there was mold in the bathroom, and the toilet had noticeable stains. Dust covered the furniture, the bed was old and uncomfortable, and both the curtains and towels were stained—some towels even had brown marks on them. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and left us feeling disgusted.
We raised these concerns with staff, but were told there were no other rooms available and that we were still required to pay. To make matters worse, we were overcharged. The final cost did not match what was shown at the time of booking, and we were charged more than double what we expected.
Between the poor customer service, the unsanitary room conditions, and the billing issues, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend this property to others.
