From the moment we checked in, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and condescending, which immediately set a negative tone for our stay. The room itself was outdated and unsanitary. The headboard was visibly stained, there was mold in the bathroom, and the toilet had noticeable stains. Dust covered the furniture, the bed was old and uncomfortable, and both the curtains and towels were stained—some towels even had brown marks on them. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and left us feeling disgusted. We raised these concerns with staff, but were told there were no other rooms available and that we were still required to pay. To make matters worse, we were overcharged. The final cost did not match what was shown at the time of booking, and we were charged more than double what we expected. Between the poor customer service, the unsanitary room conditions, and the billing issues, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend this property to others.

Very disappointed. I was told that the room would be a city view and yet there was no view to speak of. As soon as we got on the bed, we noticed a long pubic hair on the comforter near the pillow. So we decided to lift the comforter and noticed a couple more underneath. I also noticed a red lipstick stain on the corner of the comforter by the pillow. That tells me they didn't replace the sheets after the after the last people who used the room. We were forced to use only the b

The wind howled through the room and out the balcony doors that badly need weather stripping. The heater bangs and rattles when turning on and by early morning was only putting out cold air. The tiny bar fridge also made noise loud enough to keep us awake. The pillows are like rocks, a lumpy bed, a TV that turns on and off when turning on the bathroom light and the toilet backed up. Never again will we stay there.

The room was a little dirty, cobwebs and hair in the toilet. All the indoor hallways were freezing cause the security doors were left open (in winter). The pool area was dirty with a lot of hair balls, the pool bathroom was worse. The inside of the pool was also dirty, the hot tub was cloudy. The front desk lady hardly spoke English. There isnt enough parking for the hotel paying guest (overflow parking is behind the building in another parking lot (far to walk with luggage - non-paying guest should park in overflow parking not paying guest). Was given a joined room without notice. We my guest and I went down for breakfast at 8am (which is when it starts 8am to 11am) there was no Hot food left, only bread that had been left out over night not wrapped up. Overall bad experience and will never get another room here. The only upside is that its across the street from the casino with easy access to the casino. 1 star... Do better people..

Clean room with great location, but serious safety and maintenance concerns I stayed at the Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade on Dec 27 and was placed in the Tower area. While the room was clean and the location is excellent for accessing the Falls, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The room is in need of some repair, specifically regarding the electrical outlets. One of the outlets was open/exposed, and I actually received a small electric shock/static discharge when trying to turn on the fan. This is a safety concern that needs to be addressed immediately. Regarding the breakfast: It was okay, but the replenishment service was lacking. When I arrived, there was only one piece of fruit left (a molded orange), and despite staying for the duration of my meal, the items were never refilled. Overall, it’s a decent spot for the price and location, but the hotel needs to step up its maintenance and breakfast management.

The reception was ok. Rooms were ok had to wait a little to get the towels. The worst part was they did not clean the ice and snow . it was difficult to walk around with my wife who had gone through knee surgeries. They could have given us rooms near the food area so that we did not have to walk in snow and ice AND there was no enough parking.

The details of the room said we had a balcony. When we arrived the lady told us there were no more of those rooms left. We explained that is what we booked. If we were not getting the room we booked I would have never stayed at this hotel. Very bad service. Don’t put in the details whe your booking you are getting a balcony when instead your getting a room inside a stairwell that feels like You’re going into a janitors closet. Very unhappy
