The hotel was clean and the pool/hot tub were nice. We did not take advantage of the restaurant in the hotel, but there are restaurants nearby to walk to. The hotel being located across the street from the Clifton Hill amusement area was perfect for walking everywhere. We can't wait to come back to Niagara Falls and we will ALWAYS stay at the Vittora! My only complaint is that parking on site was $25 each day. I don't think any hotel should charge their guests for parking.

I like the location of the hotel, it's was clean and the staffs we helpful. The only down side it that not water was available at the hotel restaurant we had to pay for a bottle of water.

Rooms and property were nice and clean. However, the property is small and parking is a 3 minute walk offsite, which makes check in and out times an absolute zoo of cars trying to unload with no where to go. Also, wait times for elevators at peak times were very long. Location is nice and close to main attractions. Overall a good stay, just a little stressful on the check in and out.
