The hotel was clean and the pool/hot tub were nice. We did not take advantage of the restaurant in the hotel, but there are restaurants nearby to walk to. The hotel being located across the street from the Clifton Hill amusement area was perfect for walking everywhere. We can't wait to come back to Niagara Falls and we will ALWAYS stay at the Vittora! My only complaint is that parking on site was $25 each day. I don't think any hotel should charge their guests for parking.

Location was great. Very close to all of the fun attractions at Clifton hill, the staff was also very kind but the room itself was terrible for the price. The toilet would not flush and we had to call down to the front desk twice to get someone to come and fix it. The beds were terrible as well. You could feel each individual spring and there was no padding whatsoever. When you sat on it you sank to the bottom. The air conditioner smelled like feet
