We enjoyed our stay at the Diplomat Inn. Here are the Pros. The price was great. There were hotels that cost less but they were farther away. My husband & I were able to walk to the Falls. Not close but not far & in pleasant weather the walk is enjoyable. Wego bus is close by if you don't want to walk. Staff was excellent. The lady that checked us in was conversational & the members of the staff acknowledged us each and every time. Lots of parking & it was free. Our room smelled like it was freshly shampooed and it was clean Beds were comfortable. Free wifi, spotty at times but it was free. Fridge available on request. The fridge was on the older side but functioning. Here are the cons: If you are fussy in the least bit, this is not the hotel for you. Older hotel needs updates. Carpet was clean but had a few stains. Room does not have direct access to the outside so you will have to lug your bags through the lobby. TV has basic channels. We weren't in the room much so we weren't bothered by this but if you have kids to entertain this might cause a problem No coffee maker in the rooms. I brought my own. Hair dryer wasn't working Make up area and bathroom vanity stained and needs a surface that can withstand water better Pool wasn't available however it was on the cold anyway No closet in my room. Small hanging area besides the bed with a few hangers. Overall, I say good enough for the price.

Hotel should be close down very nasty

Paid for a Jacuzzi room and Jacuzzi didnt work , also room was not clean ice machine was broke had to go to front to get a bag of ice then the ice they give you are in snack bags that was frozen solid. Hotel should be shut down.

Cheap hotel in a tourist town

Hotel was on a main strip. It is older, but neat and things worked fine. I was only there for 1 night passing through, and it was as nice as any Motel 6 I stayed at on this trip.

Hotel from hell!

Do not charge me! I did not stay! Dirty,unsafe, dark room,poor lighting,smoke filled room and hallways and carpeting not clean,old smokey. It was terrible! I am fighting this charge.The clerk was disrespectful, not polite, not customer oriented. The place had a rusted refrigerated,dirty sheets,filthy old smell.Not fit for humans or dogs. I will not pay. I left the hotel immediately. I never checked in! Please contact me. I have notified better business bureau and credit card company and lawyer!

Good Budget Hotel

Pros: Near to falls and some good places
Cons: Room Carpet
Location: Niagra falls & Park . Also casino near this hotel
Very good budget hotel near Niagra Falls. it's Walking distance from falls & down town.
