Nice little hotel among the monster brands in Niagara. Great spot for easy access to Clifton Hill and Falls attractions. Very clean, renovated and great staff. Limited in amenities but lots nearby. Very basic room and comfortable bed

Great stay.at Diplomat Inn. The room is very spacious and clean. Free parking is a big bonus. The front desk staff is pleasant and helpful...special mention to Lily. Will definitely stay at Diplomat Inn again.

The place was ok. They need to get the correct size toilet seat though. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet and the rooms have no iron or ironing board. I had to ask for an iron to use. I find that to be ridiculous.

The inside of the building and rooms do not look newly renovated as advertised on the website. Door and walls were dirty, worn down, the rooms were bare. The price was not worth it.
