Very affordable and in close proximity to tourist attractions. Room was clean, AC worked very well, inclusive breakfast was ok for the price paid. However the wifi in my room was not working well, it was constantly cutting in and out.

Really liked this place only problem is breakfast area is very small, that’s why there’s a line up. Either change the time period 7-10 instead of 7-9 or make a spacious room.

For an over night stay this was a great hotel option. Close enough to the Falls but without the heavy traffic of people. The amentias were okay. The TV did not work but other than that it was okay.

We were heading up for the day and needed somewhere to sleep knowing it would be a late night. The price was just right, our room was very clean and tidy and the place was quiet even with it being on a more main road. We would definitely stay again. Quick 5-10 minute walk to the falls or Clifton hill. I loved that most of the rooms are in a secured access area.

It was a disappointment staying here, the pictures and reviews were deceiving as they did not accurately describe the state of the “Motel”. I had mistakingly booked here thinking it was a Hotel and upon arrival were greeted by a rude front desk staff who clearly did not like her job and we had to change rooms as the room we originally booked was dirty and had black mold in the bathroom. The second room was cleaner however the entire outside of the Motel was filthy and desperately in need of a facelift , at the very least to make up for sub par staff and customer service. I am not sure where these other “great reviews” came from but this is an honest review from someone who is not staff or related to staff. As far as affordability, you are NOT saving money staying here, spend the extra $5 bucks and go to a Comfort Inn or Days Inn (anywhere but here) thankfully there was an IHOP just up the street.
