Horrible experience, reserved room for my worker and email property with his first and last name,they don't allow him in the room till i come, then they they charge me 400 deposit for the room, when I explain to them that was outrageous charge, they refused to rent the room. Still today's Im not refunded for room or deposit. Not recommend it to NOBODY, I'm 62 years old and never ever happened something like that in motels or hotels I rent.

This is my second time staying here last year I stayed for a quick overnight stay and i rated it 4 out of 5 ,this year I would rate it the same The front desk staff was very kind and helpful ,the room was big and specious , room had 3 queen beds with tv and wifi.However i do find both times now the housekeeping seems to be very quick with there cleaning duties and may not pay attention to detail,the shower had Hair in it which I just rinsed down the drain ,other then that no issues ,There is a huge parking lot ,there is a 20 dollar fee and a deposit however most places do have this policy,All in all would give 5 but do to the hair in the shower I would say 4 and a half stars ,In the end I still would recommend this place it’s close by to the strip and rate are great .
