In the shower there was no hot water in the , and very low water pressure, and the regulator handle is very lose, after maintenance made repair we had hot water a better water pressure but regulator handle still very lose, is hard to regulate water temperature, there is mold and mildew in shower and paint is peeling from sealing around the vent fan, i chose the room that had a view of the tower but the tower that they meant is of their motel tower in rear of building and parking lot, the employees are fine but rooms need to be renovated completely.

Reported that no hot water in shower, could not regulate water, very low water pressure in shower, regulator handle very lose,had maintenance fix, after repair we had hot water and better water pressure, but regulator handle still very lose, there is mold and mildew in shower, and paint peeling from sealing around exhaust fan, i picked the room that mentioned a tower view, but it was a view of of motel tower and parking lot, and the tourist tax for breakfast is ridiculously stupid. Employees were fine rooms need to be renovated completely.

Great value, location

Good service. We had 2 rooms at the motel section. Room and was clean but smelled humid. Bathroom was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. Very good value for the location, you are a 3 minute walk from all the action.

Great hotel near Clifton hill

Great hotel, nice room, the bathroom need a little love but good. Nice pool, spa and sauna, everything work great but pool a little to cold. And open at 9am. Would be nice open around 7am

The pool is extremely dirty. It was so murky you could not see when swimming in it. My son had toys he would throw and then find them in the pool. It was very hard to find them as the water was dirty.

I lost my dad got a car accident. Very not care about human. Just money is the thing for that hotel. I offer to pay to stay at the pool or in the hotel. Not good for accommodation that hotel . Dont ask fever cause you not welcome.

Front desk agent at check in had an unfavorable attitude - most unpleasant experience of our stay. Room was clean and adequate. Housekeeping did a good job. Hotel is located in a great spot within walking distance of Clifton Hill with all the major attractions. Breakfast at the on property restaurant was very nice. Check.out was easy and the guys at the front desk were nice.

Staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful,the hotel itself is quite outdated ,what you see when you’re booking is not what you get,the shower is very small with broken tiles,the shower curtain on it is dirty,not very appealing.The tub could use some repairs and I will not even think of using it.The best features of this hotel are the proximity to the entertainment centre and the falls.Very expensive for what you get
