The staff were really friendly and nice. Told us about the transit told us about free welcome drink. Not so happy paying resort fee and then a parking charge on top of that.

The property was very clean and well kept. It was an absolute gem on the falls. Our room was on the top floor and we had an excellent view of the falls. It was on the outskirts of the "strip", but easily accessible to all the fun.

Everything is wonderful. The complimentary wine and beer testing samples were great. City bus pass was money saver. The staff is helpful. Room was super clean with complimentary water.

They gave me a hard time with the incidentals deposit. My card was declined (fraud protection) due to being out of the country. And they wouldn’t take the cash we had. We explained the banks in the US were closed due to the holiday. Ultimately had to get the Manager involved to address the problem.

We had a King Falls View room booked and when we arrived, the only King Falls View room was a hospitality room that they use for a King Falls room when it isn't in use. Has a slight smell of smoke and had a Murphy bed that was not comfortable. Only option was presidential suite at $100 a night additional.

Beautiful View!

Pros: The view can’t be beat!
Cons: The check-in line was long and I waited almost 30 minutes. It would have been nice if more staff were available during check-in time on a Saturday.
Location: Short walk to the Fallsview Casino. Not much further to visit the Falls too (although the hill may be too steep for some people).
We stayed in a Junior Presidential suite on the 15th floor. The view was amazing and the room was very spacious! Definitely worth upgrading to this room size when traveling with our 3 teenage kids!

Great view of the falls & perfect location

The staff was outstanding from the time we arrived until leaving - very friendly & helpful. We were there only a few days & the convenient location & amenities made us feel like we had all we could possibly need right there - a real time saver. The room was beautiful, seemed to be newly decorated & the view of the falls was as promised on line. Most importantly to us was that is was clean, it felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay at the Marriott on the Falls again.
