It was walking distance to the Falls and to a wide variety of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The highlight...the BED. It had to be the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. It was fantastic!

It was a nice hotel. There is no view of the Falls unfortunately, but we could see the fireworks over the Falls at night. Our room at the Jacuzzi and that was really nice. You can walk to the Falls from the hotel. It's less than a half mile. There is an IHOP in the parking lot of the hotel and that is very convenient. The staff were very friendly.

The room was really large and we especially liked the jacuzzi tub but you cannot see the falls from here and the whole "tower b" thing is a complete joke.

We have stayed at this hotel 9 times since it opened in 2012. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is excellent. We have some suggestions: (1) small refrigerator; (2) microwave; and (3) laundry facilities.

You screwed this up for us.

Pros: The Hotel we found on our own was FANTASTIC.
Cons: Really read the above and you tell me !
Location: Niagara Falls was great. Toronto sucked and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
I checked my email an found my Itinerary # and did not see the previous emails sent, but when we arrived we were told our reservation was canceled and we had no room to stay in. They told us we can try a few other hotels and didn't even offer to find us a room. A phone call would of been nice. I can honestly say I will NEVER recommend the Wyndham or Travelocity. Thanks for nothing.
