"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the location is perfect, with amazing views of Niagara Falls. The check in experience was very smooth, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only exception was our experience at the Milestones restaurant, which did not meet the same excellent standard as the rest of the hotel. The person who assisted us was not friendly or helpful at all."

"Really fun stay! Definitely geared towards younger kids, but the teen joined in too and we all had a blast! The water slides are fun and very well managed, lines moved well. Our flight had been significantly delayed and even though I called to let them know we were still marked a no show which was a bit scary when we went to check in but the end result was they upgraded us for the stay. Great service!"

"This hotel is an an excellent location. The Falls view restaurant breakfast is great! It’s connected to an arcade, indoor water park, Hard Rock Cafe, Starbucks without even needing to go outside. The falls view room has fireworks and falls visible from right inside the room .. great stay for parents with small kids too! It’s walkable from the Niagara boat ride, Clifton street is right by the hotel However we had a leaky faucet and it took the maintenance guys hours to show up."
