The check-in experience was bad. I was served by a gentleman Sapi (I hope I remember it correctly). He showed a poker face without any smile throughout the process. I couldn't understand his words well because his voice was low. His last sentence was about some free cookies I didn't understand clearly. I asked him to repeat it once, and he just repeat in the same tune and style and then stopped there. I didn't get it. I said I'm sorry that I didn't get it. I was surprised that he said he already repeated over ten time and didn't say anything more. Another lady behind the counter brought the cookies to me. Besides it, the room was clean and nice. Great location. Other staffs are friendly. I hope it's just my bad luck.

On the second day of us staying there, the maid came in and only changed the garbage and gave us towel towels. Did not clean up anything else such as the shower or the toilet nor did she make the beds
