I’ve always enjoyed staying at this hotel, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My first room had a toilet issue with the gasket leaking and the tank refilling every 10 minutes. While someone was sent to repair it, the issue persisted and I ended up fixing it myself. Later that evening, after filling the jetted tub, I discovered another problem and had to call Maintenance again. At that point, I asked to be relocated, but was told to wait while the team tried to fix it. By 7:15 PM, I returned to the front desk and was finally moved to the North Tower, room 1449. Unfortunately, this was not the same quality as the studio king suite with jetted tub and city view I had reserved. Instead, the room offered a small window between two buildings and felt more like a staff room than a guest suite. I went back down and was relocated once more—this time just a few doors down from my original South Tower room—and that room was finally up to the standard I usually enjoy here. While I usually have great experiences at this property, this stay fell well short of expectations.

The rooms need an update , for example no one rents movies off your tvs anymore , you need a tv system that has Netflix , YouTube , Amazon prime built into it so that customers can just log in to there own accounts and watch what they want .. also the coffee machines are straight out of the 90’s with bad coffee , I would suggests a single cup keurig machine that way we can even bring our own k-cups with us to the hotel .. just some thoughts ..thank you

The start to it all was parking... I was handed a pass and told to park off site, which is a bit of a walk away. They have a shuttle too, but I didn't have time to wait. Once I finally dragged my luggage down the road and into the hotel, the line up for check in was awful. I waited over half an hour to check in. My guests that I was hosting from Australia had to wait even longer to check into their rooms. Rooms were large and beds were comfy, I'll give it that. I had a view of a roof top that was covered in cables... Rooms look very worn and dated. The elevators are awful. So much time spent waiting just to use the elevator. Ate at Brasa steakhouse on site and everyone agreed the food was only ok.

Hotel is ideally placed. I hada room on the 23rd floor with views of both falls. The decor and bathroom suite are dated but its kept clean. The bed & pillows are the best and slept very well. Only had breakfast in the hotel in the restaurant which has commanding views of the falls. A little pricey but the viewsare what you're paying for. Definitely stay there again.

The hotel and property itself is great. We had an American Falls view room with Jacuzzi tub, it was perfect. Unfortunately the staff isn’t great. The parking attendants where you pull up to check-in were rude. The desk staff take forever to check guests in and they prioritize the Hilton Honors line over us peons. I had the desk staff call three HH guests to the desk while I just stood there semi-patiently ( It took me 25 minutes to get to the front of the peon line as it was ). Have a dedicated desk for HH people if you’re going to work it that way. Meanwhile the parking attendant is barking at my wife to move the car out of the 10 minute parking. (She doesn’t drive due to a vision problem). If you want us to abide by the 10 minute rule then provide enough staff to check people in within that time frame. I would have to think long and hard about staying at this hotel if I was to ever return to the NF’s area.
