Clean, newly renovates. We had a premium view and it was spectacular. We had fro t row seats for the fireworks at 8. The keg is in the same building-always a fantastic meal and you can take the bridge across to the casino without having to take one step outside.

Parking is an atrocious added expense (>20% of the cost of the stay), off-site parking was not accessible for my elderly father (and there was nowhere for him to wait), thermostat in room didn't work, faucet in bathroom had no hot water, "no view" means "no daylight", etc.

TV wasn’t working, room had a foul smell. There was no hot water. Elevated were taking too long and one was broken in south tower. There was hair in the hot tub.

The water in the hotel was cold, you couldn’t shower and we waited 20 minutes for the elevator which never arrived, so a custodian took us to the service elevator, and we had to use the stairs a few times. Absolutely horrible stay!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room had amazing falls view and was clean. However 2nd tv in room didn't work. But didnt really care because we were too busy to watch it. Hotel beds are super hard and not very comfortable.
