Overall I am not impressed with this Hilton hotel at all! We did like the ability to forgo the check in line by being able to digitally check in though. The room was clean and we paid extra for the view and was not disappointed there! Incredible view of all the falls! We had very little interaction with the staff so I cant really review them. Well, the T.V. set didnt work half the time, it either wasnt receiving a signal or it would just turn it self off.. Most channels were either sports or news! Very frustrating. Not a single USB port to charge a phone!!! If you dont bring an adaptor be prepared to pay a lot more for one there. No clock in the room either. That was also very confusing to us. No USB or clock...We tried to get drinks one night at Spyce Lounge. It was only half full but the empty tables were all dirty (dishes etc..) we waited and roamed around and finally sat at a dirty table and when the server finally came over she asked if we had been served and when we told her we hadnt and just wanted cocktails, she gave us a menu, grabbed a couple of the dishes and said she would be right back. We waited 15 minutes while we watched her talk to other employees, laugh with other tables and generally avoid our section. There were a few other tables of hers that were getting pissed near us. We ended up at Corso"s and sat at the bar. The bartender there was friendly and said that he hears complaints about Spyce all the time. Overall, It wasnt a horrible experience.

Professional and helpful staff. Clean, large room, ours had a view of the Falls. Can walk to many restaurants and the Falls. It's a tall building but the elevators ran smoothly and quickly. Well managed facility. Plus we enjoyed the hot tub.

Safe was broken, security reset it twice. Still not working properly, security was supposed to send for maintenance. Never got fixed

Do not stay! No valet parking unless you are eating at their restaurants. Parking is off site and difficult to find. Parking is very $$$.No handicap parking available. You have to haul your bag to shuttle bus. Our room was upgraded so we had wonderful views. Only reason it was upgraded-no clean rooms available. It took us 11/2 hours to check-in with a reservation. Only 4 clerks-one guest tied up one clerk.
