The hotel was unbearablely unkeep. Dangerious wiring, broken windows, discusting carpets. The staff just shrugged off the issues with photos mind you, and when we complained to expedia we were asked to leave one of us got a refund for one night. And nothing was refunded to us. Very disappointing experience highly recommend you not stay here.

Nice views of the Falls. Jetted tub room was very comfortable. Breakfast on 33rd floor is nice with good Falls view. Family pool is only open on a specific schedule so on Sunday afternoon we had to swim in the one infinity pool. The infinity pool and hot tub was crowded as a result and kids splashing around made it less peaceful for adults. Expensive parking.

Check in is always a nightmare…. Takes way too long, insufficient and inefficient staff on front desk. I have been here numerous times. 4 pm to 6 pm check in is a nightmare, and it is not much better at 8 pm.

I have stayed at other Hiltons such as the Hilton West Palm Beach and I have always enjoyed my stay and experienced no problems whatsoever. This stay was a little different...no hot water in the shower for several days ( cold showers only) with no solution or offer to move rooms until the fourth/last night? The day before we left they the manager upgraded us to a lovely suite and no problems after that.
