The great thing we got a free room upgrad and ended up on floor 32..view was amazing, the housekeeping staff went above and beyond and the front desk staff were helpful and very friendly

Room was adequate. Very clean. Great view of the Falls. Reception staff were efficient and very courteous. Very busy amount of people checking in on a Saturday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I have been a few times in this hotel and I can see quality regressing. They rarely give you North building. I specifically asked far from elevator they gave me just by the elevator. I has to change room and the new room in south building was told it is too hot but leave the window open. Sure enough the room was freezing cold even I put temp on Max did not help. It was one night I did not want to switch for the second time. I am a HH member and felt being neglected. I don’t plan to go this hotel anymore.

At first they gave us a room without the whirlpool but i booked a room with a whirlpool, so they moved us but it was old room, no hot water, and wet floor. So they moved us again but without the whirlpool so they said they will give us $50 credit but didn’t get it at all

Staff was great Room was looking old Oldest one I been to here Pool was burning our eyes Children left crying because eyes were burning. Chlorine levels may be to high. Did not gave this issues last 3 times.
