The power outages and elevators mostly not working for 2 days was frustrating. The cost of parking was very expensive and WiFi was not free. Staff were friendly and room clean.

Decent Hotel not great parking or baby Friendly

Parking was not ideal with a young child. They make you park offsite a few blocks away and say there is a shuttle service but the shuttle was not efficient in time. at one point, we were at the shuttle station waiting for the shuttle to pull up and take us (the shuttle was sitting in the parking lot in front of us but made no attempt to come get us and our child). We ended up walking each time back and forth to the parking lot with a stroller and all the baby items. At one point, we walked past someone actively using drugs on the side of the road. Then we were charged $120 for parking in this lot for two nights. I would have chosen a different hotel if we knew of the lack of parking and transportation. The room was okay but the drawers for the dressers did not close, we had to hang towels over them to make sure our child didnt hit their head. They say they give a crib for use but it is a pack and play with no mattress, just a think piece of material to cover the bottom. We would have brought our own if we knew that it wasn't an actual crib. Food was very expensive in addition to the parking costs.

The parking off-site is overly expensive and inconvenient. Although there was a shuttle service, I had to walk to and from the off-site most times. I also had a hockey bag for my daughter's tournament, so it was very stressful getting to my car. The mattress in my room was awful - too soft and needs replacement - my daughter and I rolled down to the middle of the mattress because it was so soft. The front desk was rude. The Bell Desk was very nice, as was the Starbuck's baristas. I do not intend to ever stay there again. I would not recommend to anyone. The price was outrageous for what I received.
