Disappointed Stay for the Price I spent over $500 on this room and was honestly shocked that it didn’t even have proper TV service and microwave. I can't even connect to the TV and hotel want to me to buy movie for extra charges. For the price, I expected at least basic amenities. The room itself was fine, but without those essentials, it felt more like a budget stay than something premium. Definitely not worth the cost — wouldn’t book again unless they upgrade the room features.

We stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary. I originally booked a king room with a view of both falls. During check-in they upgraded us to the King studio premiere suite. The room was clean and the view was spectacular!
