Enjoyed the stay. Was a bit disappointed in the size of the room for the price point. Pretty tiny. Beds were small too. Advertised as queen but definitely more of a double. Staff were friendly. Price for breakfast seemed a bit high for what was included. Decent taste. Just not hot.

The room had a great view of the falls and was very clean . The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming . This was definitely the best stay I have had in Niagara and perhaps all of Canada . We will be booking here again and would highly recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was newly renovated but quite tight, the dead lock on the door was useless as it was out of line and the door opened right past it. Good location being steps to the strip, access to the casino through the hotel and a convenient shuttle to fallsview. The paid breakfast buffet in the hotel offered a good selection at a reasonable price, especially compared to the surcharged starbucks.

My wife and i had a fantastic time staying at The Brock. This place is a must stay while in Niagara. The balcony views were so unbelievable. The room was spotless and the staff was incredible. Especially Sue from housekeeping. She took the time to speak with us and always asked if we needed anything.

There are a Couple of things i find upsetting. The air conditioning in the room isn't working. The toilet isn't fully secured to the ground so it moves when you get up and sit down, Somewhat dangerous. Broken window locks. There is a resort fee which seems odd considering the pool Is under construction... No smoke detecters.

This stay was very disappointing and, at times, discriminatory. My mother and I are disabled, and there was no accessible entrance to the hotel — only stairs — which was painful and extremely difficult for us. The first room we were given had construction workers and builders right outside the window, and we had to move to another room by ourselves, carrying all our luggage, even though the staff knew about our disabilities. I lost a lot of time complaining and fighting for my rights as a customer, instead of enjoying my trip. Later, the last night and the last morning, there was no hot water, and we had to wait for someone to come and fix the shower. Really unacceptable for a Hilton. However, I want to say something positive: the breakfast staff — Pamela, Sandra, and Zlatko — were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, friendly, and truly made our mornings better. I even left tips because they made me happy during a very stressful stay. The cleaning lady was also very professional and respectful, although I didn’t get her name. Sadly, even with the kindness of those employees, the overall experience was painful, stressful, and discriminatory for disabled guests. I expected much better from a Hilton.
