The hotel was overpriced considering its cleanliness. I’ve stayed in much cleaner and better hotels in Niagara Falls for less money than this. The bed sheets were dirty, the bottom of the bathtub was black, and the chair in the room was so old and worn-out it felt like it could break at any moment. The room had an ugly red carpet that looked terrible. It was a 15-minute drive to Niagara Falls, but much longer if walking. The only good parts of the hotel were the breakfast, the pool, and the parking.

Love everything about the property and our room but my only problem was the specific hallway we got whice was very close to an exit and employees room so it was very noisy with the doors been open every sec and slamming so loudly very early to late nights. Barely any sleep

We have stayed many times at Niagara lodge and suites. But this room Was the worst ever. The bathroom was awful. All shelves torn down. Holes in walls. Living room and kitchen area had ceiling issues. Needs new curtains and kitchen table was so wobbly a pop can would knock it over. Bed was old and awful. Could feel the springs. Room 136 needs an over haul

It was a weird experience, none of the staff had name tags, the room had the aesthetic but the jacuzzi wasnt function. The light bulb over jacuzzi dont work and out of two lamp, only 1 works. Washroom had a strange smell, had to run air vent, their saving grace was the AC, that works like charm. Second is breakfast, i saw a lot of indian people hog onto food into their room and the desk didnt say anything to them. but then a black french family with quiet kids went to grab food for his wife and the service staff humiliated him and said there will be charge for taking food and asked his room number infront of other guest, that gentlemen was patient but i think it was poorly handled. The saving grace for this hotel is the cheap price and the breakfast to be quiet honest.

My always go to Motel in Niagara, has a great breakfast. However, on last trip we were given a smoke friendly room on the motel side which is usually for long term rental. When I complained, the lady handwd over an air freshner saying the smoke came from outside. We went out and came back after hours but the same smoke smell. Also noticed the fridge was broken and had bugs inside. Compalined again and the lady said oh we forgot to tell you are not supposed to use the fridge. I requested to change the room and after several negotiations we got a nice room in the 3 storey structure.

The room was so bad, I couldn't even write a detailed review or take pictures. The house keepers did their best and gave us new bed sheets but the carpet smelled like piss, one of the closet doors fell on me. Luckily it didn't fall on my kid. There was some DIY electrical wiring that didn't look safe. They stopped painting a wall in the middle. The sinks were both very slow to drain. Everything was falling apart. The breakfast was very disappointing. No fruit. Nothing fresh. Just white sliced bread and coffee from the machine. The milk bag was left in a plastic bag outside. Not refrigerated. I will never go there again and I am warning everyone not to go. The previous photos and reviews are either old or fake. It was the worst hotel I stayed at in Ontario and it wasn't even cheap. I stayed 2 nights at another one for almost the same price but they were sold out for the 3rd night so I had to find another one.

Hard bed and lack of attention to detail

It wasn't the cleanest place; there was a bobby pin under a chair, stains on the one lamp, etc, but it was clear they cleaned it. The bed was large and very uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night due to the back pain it created. I was thankful for the jet tub to fix my back in the morning. The fridge and microwave were not plugged in, which we didn't notice until morning, and we had put milk and chicken wings in there the night before, which means we had to throw away food.

Disgusting establishment!!!! Do not stay here.

This place is disgusting extremely nasty. Bed sheets dirty as if they were never changed and bedbug stains on sheets and mattress. When informed staff of room condition they refused to cancel my reservation and insisted on charging me for the 2 nights. Terrible place and service.

Hotel needs to be updated, we walked in and noticed that the ceiling lamp was on the table we called it and right away a guy came and put it in place, the TV didn’t have signal and again we called and the front desk lady was able to fix it right away, i did not see cockroach, we had a whirlpool in the room and was sparkling clean, the bathroom was clean, bed sheets were actually clean even though we saw stains on the side, ( mattress should be replaced) little hard, but we made it through, breakfast was good and staff were very friendly, our deposit was returned fast, pool was clean and the pool area, we really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from the Falls and restaurants, and yes I would recommend it,.

Gray Stay

Great Stay – 100% Recommended I stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience. The rooms are basic but comfortable, everything was clean, including the bathroom. The pool is in great condition and very enjoyable. Breakfast and parking are included, which is a big plus. Best of all, there's no deposit required and the price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend it 100%.

Would not recommend.

Do not stay in this location. It is filthy. The sheets and mattress covers we're stained, there were even signs of bed bugs droppings. The room smelled air conditioning did not work properly. They had a fan set up on top of the air conditioner. The mattress looked like they had not been changed in decades. Horrible conditions, I would not recommend this place.
