The hotel was terrible. The room was dirty, 3 legged table, sofa was dirty and smelly! The room was infested with mosquitoes, when i woke up in the morning i had 24 bites all over my body. The noise was terrible, couldn't sleep until 3am. I called the desk personnel multiple times and complained about the noise but people above us keep making noise like walking back and forth with their shoes, dancing and keep stamping their feet on the floor., things fell off or were dropped on the floor. The desk personnel did called them he said but i don't think he did because the noise never stop until late in the morning. We're so unhappy in our stay overnight and left really early in the morning and hopefully they will refund some of our money back.

We have always tried our best to serve our guest better. Our housekeeping staff are well experienced and always make sure room are clean and comfortable before guest check-in. We always have inspections inside our room and we do pass all the inspection. There are no bugs inside the room. Regarding the noise, we try our best to control noise and give our guest peaceful environment. We assure you will have better experience on your next visit. Hope you liked the parking space, breakfast and wifi service which is free at our place. Looking forward to see you again.

Did not like that I was bit by bed bugs and killed 3 in the bed while I slept. This hotel will be told about this when I check out. I will never stay here again in my life

Pros Nice staff, Pools inside and out, breakfast included, rooms were big, beds were cozy, A/C worked well, fridge worked well. Cons Hair dryer not working, smoke detector batteries were dead, lock on the door was missing, cleanliness was médiocre, cereal dispenser was broken.

I booked three nights. I kind of knew what I was in for becasue of the cheap price. First night it was freezing as the heat had been off and I slept in my cloths, that ended up being a good thing since on the 2nd and 3rd night the bed bugs founds me. If you want a cheap place with breakfast just sleep in a track suit and socks and you will be ok.

It was so dirty. No telephone in the room ,paint pealing from the walls .bed sat on the floor, television didn’t work. Lamps shades was dirty . The door didn’t work right. Pool was not in good working order .

We have experienced housekeeping staff who always makes sure rooms are clean and comfortable before guest check-in. We are trying our best to renovate our property. Recently we have painted some of our rooms and amenities inside the rooms. Regarding the pools, our pools are always inspected by the health police.
