I’ve stayed here a few times, this property is getting repairs done but this time my rooms drapes were falling off both ends, which was looked after. When I was told the hot tub was not working and would not be working during my stay, I had a bath, noticing a slit or crack in the enamel near the drain. I didn’t think it would affect my bath but during, the crack became bigger. The next morning when I was leaving I talked to the day concierge who said it would be looked at and fixed. When I returned at 9pm, it was not fixed due to my inadvertently putting on the do not disturb sign. My phone number was available. I packed up and told the evening concierge who had the drapes fixed that I needed another room with a bathtub as I couldn’t use that tub. I was accommodated. Not a restful stay this time at all.

There was a red stain the size of a softball on carpet between beds. The shower only had 3 streams come out. Also the maid did not come in and do any cleaning or restock of towels and toiletries. Pool was freezing.
