Staff, room and amenities were not good at all. Toilet not working, plugged, running toilet water all day and night. Some staff was rude and didnt want to rectify the situatuon at all.

Staff was nice and professional. The rooms could be cleaner but I guess if you’re not planning on spending too much time in the room it’s okay. Very close to all the attractions and lots of parking on the property.

The room was clean. The hotel was clean. Had towels of heart shaped swans on our bed. Has anlarge mini fridge and lots of space to store your clothes. They had slippers on the bed. But a sign said $5 and are super thin. So we opted out. Excited to see them. And if they had been better quality we would have used them. Our balcony had a great view of clifton hill. Close walk to it and the casino.

First great impression was we were upgraded to a room with a view. The staff was so kind and friendly. Only thing that could've been a little better was the hot tub wasn't as warm as I like, but still we loved it, and will definitely be back!
