Every year me & my wife take a trip to Niagara Falls,we doing this for last 5 years & we always stay at Falls Inn .We enjoyed each & every moment it’s located very central excess to everything.

I was just disappointed to the fact that it was not clearly mentioned that parking and breakfast was not included. I could have got another hotel with parking and breakfast for a cheaper price. Otherwise staff and cleanliness was good.

I had a good stay there. I enjoyed the sauna the Jacuzzi and the pool. I had a nice big room that was good for my family. My closet was also large. My room had a Jacuzzi in the tub. The parking which is not included was reasonable for the falls. There’s a lot of stuff close by. It’s quick ride to Luckys car wash. The barrel Museum is not far away. The rooms are a little bit older, but I like having the big space I would come again. The staff was great.

Staff very courteous, bed comfortable. Pillows left a lot to be desired. Don’t feel you need to charge for parking. Very quiet, nice view from Tower room 601. Have stayed her multiple times.
