When checking in, we were asked to park in underground parking instead of in front of our room due to oversized vehicles. Pulled up and there were plenty of empty spots. realized they were redoing a whole section of rooms and a couple workers personal vehicles were parking in "room" parking spots. In the room there was pieces of wall paper on the floor, drywall dust all over the pictures, on the carpet from drilling in wall that was not cleaned up. The exhaust fans in washroom and over whirlpool tub were not working at all. When using the tub the breaker went off. The air flow adjusters for tub would not turn. The ice machine for the section of rooms in courtyard was locked up and 3 ice machines in the tower which the one on 2nd floor was out of service so had to go to 4th floor. When approaching the Manager, she did not believe the room was in such condition and said it was just renovated. Have stayed here in the past and had wonderful experience. This time was awful and different Manager. Will not stay here again.

We have passed on your concerns to our housekeeping and maintenance team as the issues mentioned are not to hotel standards and have been corrected. We hope when you next visit Niagara Falls you will come stay with us so you can see the utmost hospitality we have to offer and the results of all our renovations.

Check in took a very long time. When we left there wasn't a cart to be had. I waited almost 10 minutes. There were still no carts when we left 20 minutes later.. Despite all of this we would stay again. The balcony was great.

Location was great walking distance to the falls n Lundys lane. Disappointed had to pay 15$ parking fee

Thank you HP for the great feedback. We take great pride in offering a central location and ensuring our parking is competitive with us being within walking distance to the Clifton Hill and the Falls themselves.

The bathroom was old and caulking dirty/mould only 4 USA antenna tv stations and poor reception on those channels - ridiculous! Doors had a huge gap at the bottom. Staff did nothing about guest who arrived with multiple families and children yelling and running about pounding the concrete balcony board walk well after 10.30 at night and then other guests coming out of rooms and yelling and standing around yelling at one another and talking at 2.30am! Rooms were very noisy Wouldn’t really recommend staying.
