The hotel was clean and had a variety of resturants and a bar. The location was perfect about a 7 minute walk to the falls and around the corner Clinton hill and several restaurants. There is a spa and indoor pool. The room I stayed in was modern the view was perfect.

Great place to stay. This hotel is like a small city with everything at your fingertip's. We arrived earlier then check in and our room was ready. Loved this trip. The free banquet breakfast is fantastic.

Deceptive descriptions

Buyer be ware. Deceptive description or just a plain lie, you decide. They list many rooms as having a “Balcony “ but they don’t. At best it’s a Juliet Balcony. It’s just a window that opens with bars on it. NOT a balcony. Just like a Toy Car isn’t a Car. Descriptions matter. Be careful as only the corner units have an actual balcony. Even if you pay the inflated price for a balcony you are probably only getting the window with bars.

I booked with expedia for falls view side room When I get to hotel they said its garden city view I paid thefty amount of money ($485) for 1 night But expedia did terrible job Thanks to hotel staff got me upgraded room for little extra $$

Our stay at Sheraton had a lot more to be desired. They didn’t have enough amenities and staff to accommodate the influx of people. There was at least 20 minutes wait to get into elevators. We had a booked a view with falls view and were told we were getting “good” view but we barely had anything besides mist and trees. Also, we booked for 3 adults and 2 kids but we only got two queen beds. Would not recommend.

Alright stay

The room was a little dusty and wasn’t the cleanest. Also we asked for a fallsview and they gave us the second floor and we couldn’t barely see anything. The bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with back pain every day of our stay. The hotel is in a great location and was easy to get everywhere by foot.

The stay was very good at Sheraton.Rooms were spacious and clean. The next day of our checkin i requested housekeeping to change the garbage bins ,post that she gave me the new garbage bag to place them on the bins .Next was the shower which was not working though fixed when we called the desk but we had to wait and these things should be supervised when the room is given for checkin.
