Staff was very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra towels, pillows and they were very fast and friendly! Also was nice that the parking garage is connected to the hotel, you can stay inside and still find lots to do if the weather isn’t great. Close to the falls, and all the good restaurants and attractions in the area. Definitely staying again.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Location at the bottom of Clifton Hill is wonderful. Hotel is linked inside to shops, activities, and restaurants, which means you don’t have to walk outside in bad weather to have something to do.

Incorrect information was provided by hotel staff. I messaged hotel after my reservation was made and asking for waterpark price, where they quoted $45 per person, qhen i got there I paid $55 per person. They gave me tickets for Magic Show when I bought the waterpark tickets stating that i could watch the show that evening, then I realized the show wasn't playing that day. The location of the hotel was great. Breakfast is decent. There is room for improvement in the professionalism of the hotel staff. They are not rude but at the same time they are not engaging, welcoming or friendly what I found.
