Pros: the place is nice and kid friendly. The receptionists were great. Cons: how do you make people Pay all this money and wifi didn’t work the whole time. Why get a cheap wifi people can barely access for the price that was charged I would think they can afford better internet for the people paying for it. The toilet stinks real bad and there were bugs when we got here (pictures for reference) The rooms were smaller than I thought. The cleaner never came to our room once to clean or change towels we had to keep going to ask which is quite ridiculous. We received 0 service the whole time we were here…only service we received was check in and even with check out the just dropped a note at the door for check out time. Very unprofessional…I’ll not be booking here again. Also, they make you pay for additional parking for extra cars. Everything is costly here but not beneficial. We pay for wifi and never used it, parking is ridiculous as well. My family and I had to use all our data the 3 days we were here because of lack of wifi in this hotel. Definitely not giving 5 star…maybe a 3.5 because the pool is nice.

Don’t stay in this hotel. America resorts and spa

Please if you love your family and your money don’t book this hotel. All they advertise is lies. Their beds are not comfortable. In their site they say queen size bed, but what they have in their rooms are double size beds, very uncomfortable, mattress is so hard! Am still suffering from the back pain of sleeping in that bed. They listed pools! Please there are no pools in the building, what they have is water resort or parks, whatever they called it. Is a public used! You can just come for resorts, no pool! They said the resorts is their pool! The water resorts so dirty and always crowded with people. This people are mostly people coming from their home with their kids just to play there. There’s no separate pools. They charge $25 plus tax $28 for parking per night from their guest. Even when they are not even close to the fall or downtown. And this outside parking. And they still say car owner park at your own risk. And they will still charge for parking. The buffet breakfast is even the worst. They wrote $19 for adults and kids $9. Whereas, they will charge gratuity 15% and two separate taxes charge. And still ask for tips. You will end up paying way more than you budgeted! Their wifi zero! They don’t have baby crib, they only have baby playpen or court. And they call it crib. They charge for everything in this hotel. No toiletries in place, no shampoo, even the soap is a no no.They are so cheap. Charge more but can make their guests uncomfortable. Not a kid friendly

Hillbilly management

Called 4 times before stay to make sure I could get late check out. Said yes 3 times and then gave me the run around. The rude manager would not maintain a job anywhere else. I have never stayed in a hotel that refused $80+ for and extra 3 hours . Overall this cheap motel is still not what I paid for. Maybe they should take the nice gentlemen at the food place to take over the management, he was one of the only employees that did not have an attitude. I will definitely be taking this further

The wifi was slow and droppped of most of the time. When traveling with kids access to wifi is key for connecting devices and keeping everyone happy. Beds were harder then expected and the washroom could use a upgrade, toilet were very low to the ground. Ours broken on the second day. Staff both at the front desk, waterpark areas and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.
