Very clean room, friendly staff. Waterpark was perfect for the kids. Stayed with 4 kids, the bunk-bed is nicely tucked in small room which gave some privacy when they wen to sleep. Definitely will stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I do think the rooms should maybe be better insulated somehow. There were 2 families that thought a party in the hall after 10 pm was a good idea.

Stayed with 4 other families for a Saturday night. We came to use the waterpark which is great for a younger crowd. We were all upgraded to 2-bedroom suites which was nice, I think because of a large hockey tournament going on so it was pretty busy. We could not get a table at the boston pizza since we didn't make reservations but ate at a nearby restaurant Mick & Angelos which I would recommend. A pub/Italian type restaurant that accommodated our large group quickly. The rooms were clean but they do not offer any soaps/lotions. There is only a generic soap dispenser (body/hair all in one) in the shower and hand soap. The towels are very small and pretty rough. The chlorine levels in the pool area were unbelievable, I don't know if it was normal or they upped it for all the extra people that were there but 2 days after leaving and my eyes are still burning. There was an arcade that another family tried out, $30 of coins got them a bouncy ball and a plastic army man so I would save my money there. The drinks are the pool snack bar are crazy expensive so I would also bring my own drinks in a reusable cup. Overall it was a good experience for the cost as the rooms were clean and comfortable and a decent price if your going for the indoor water park.
