Be ready for extra costs at a fun hotel.
The hotel is good. Great for kids. The pool area, the cost comes with your room , is excellent. Everything else is extra. There is a cost to everything. Even a $250 cleaning charge if you use the in room microwave to make popcorn. Strange for a “kid friendly” hotel. Saying that my grandkids had a great time.

I like everything about this property except that the bathroom ventilation system is a bit louder and the bathroom is quite small and the bathroom light is not light enough.

I had a unfortunate sudden situation needing my family to change the dates of our arrival to celebrate our sons 13th bday & requested to change the dates. Not only did that not happen, but they refused to give me a refund. So not only did we not get to celebrate our son becoming a teenager at Great Wolf, but I'm lost quite a bit of $$$ VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! 👎😠
