Good activities for families. Some of the rooms are very noisy and makes it hard to sleep. Also the beds and pillows aren’t comfortable

The only complaint is they don’t come in to change towels and make up the beds unless you request it. For 500.00 a night I shouldn’t have to ask, it should be done. All dining facilities were very reasonably priced and very good quality food at all locations in the resort

We Had A HOWL Of A Time

We were a family of five who spent one night. Check-in was easy and all the staff were friendly and everyone smiled, which was unique to GWL. We were informed at check-in that even if we were not allocated a room before check-in time at 4pm, we can still use the waterpark. To rent a locker is expensive, but a medium locker was big enough for all of us and we were able to keep it until 8 PM which was not bad. We had a late lunch, which were burgers and our drinks costing almost $100 which was a lot and filling. Overall, our experience was phenomenal and the kids wanted to extend or stay.
