This boutique hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed at. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing. They deliver a nice breakfast to your room, included in the room rate. The jetted tub was so relaxing after a long day of exploring. It's about a block to a WEGO bus stop and a block from Clifton Hill. This is where I'll stay whenever I visit Niagara Falls.

Upgraded our room from a king bed with a steam shower to a king bed with a jacuzzi on arrival which was a nice surprise. Staff are all very courteous and helpful, and the amenities like free coffee, the spa and the restaurant made for a great experience. Good price and a good time, would recommend to friends/family.

I am writing to share a disappointing experience during our recent stay, which was meant to be a birthday celebration for me. We booked this hotel in Niagara Falls expecting a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, several serious issues affected our experience. First, the jacuzzi bathtub in our original room made loud, continuous noises for more than an hour after use, making it impossible for us to sleep. We had to request a room change late at night, which caused significant disrupted our rest. After moving to the new room, we encountered another problem. The bar light had a poorly designed and hard-to-find switch. While trying to locate it in the dark, my partner accidentally touched an exposed hot bulb and immediately developed a blister on her finger. This indicates a clear safety and maintenance issue. Two days later, the blister became even worse. Overall, the hotel appeared poorly maintained, and these problems seriously impacted our rest. Although the hotel eventually waived our $18 parking fee, this compensation does not reflect the inconvenience, sleep disruption, and physical injury my partner experienced. We accepted the compensation at the time because my partner is very kind and she's too exhausted to argue, but in hindsight, this situation deserves further attention.
