The Continental Breakfast in bed each morning was an wonderful addition to our stay. The property was beautifully decorated for the holiday. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is in the Clifton Height area so it is close to everything. This was our 2nd time in Niagara and by far our best stay. The Hilton was nice in the summer but the Sterling was intimate. We will be back.

I love every bit of it, the receptionist who checked me in was really sweet and helpful. The service was exceptional, They upgraded me to a room with Jacuzzi, I enjoyed my stay except at checkout time I was half an hour late(It’s an inn and spa, people come to relax) and there were 6 different people knocking at my room, I couldn’t even have my breakfast in peace. The check in time is 4pm, you get room for less than 24 hrs, Hotels need to relax a bit on check out timings.

A treat having room service breakfast for free & served a delightful spread of breakfast items! French press coffee, crossiant, jellies, yogurt, oj, egg with choice of being made. The spa shower was delightful too. Fireplace, music, far enought away from mainstream, but not far from tourist fun places.

The staff were amazing especially Ms. Juliet. She was so welcoming and even gave tips on how I can make the most out of my Niagara visit. The room was spacious and clean and I was very happy that they had free toiletries and slippers, which is not common for most Western hotels. I’m Asian and having free toiletries and slippers is a standard. So I appreciate Sterling for that. Also, the breakfast was delicious, especially the yogurt. Best yogurt I had in my life.

From the time we entered the hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property is pristine and the rooms are amazing. We loved the shower! The restaurant food is delicious. We will stay again.

We absolutely love this place! They just need to put a foam topper on top of all of their mattresses and it would be a perfect sleep. We will be back!
