Great inn quiet ,clean, the steam shower was fantastic. Free water,tea,coffee at the front was a bonus. The breakfast in bed was absolutely amazing. I love French press coffee. And croissants are tasty. the staff are very friendly. great location. Walking distance to Clifton hill and shopping. Loved the whole experience.

We love staying at Sterling Inn everytime we're in Niagara. The rooms are really spacious and clean, the breakfast is good (and brought right to your room), and the location is very convenient. The staff is also very friendly.

It was nice that breakfast was included, but we ate less than half of it. There wasn’t really any choice in the included breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is on the edge of a touristy area, restaurants, etc. We walked to a restaurant, and to a casino, returning after dark, and felt safe. We would stay there again.

We had a large king suite room and it was VERY spacious. The bathroom was large and had all the amenities you could want. There was a large sitting area with a couch and the king size bed was up two steps on a raised area in the room. We were on the bottom floor and the view was out to the parking lot. Perhaps a room on an upper floor would be better. The only "negative" was that the room lacked ambiance. There were no carpets on the floors - no pillows on the couch or chairs - the room lacked a warm feeling. It was all clean, but we felt the decor has room for improvement. Having the bedroom area up two steps is okay - and there were small lights that came on if you got up at night - but for some people I would imagine this could be a little tricky. You had to be careful. The location of the hotel is off the main road a few blocks from all of the big hotels that look onto the falls. For us this was fine and we appreciated still being within walking distance, but not in the middle of all the "glitter and lights." We felt this was a nice hotel, but it did not fully meet our expectation.

Amazing property. Everything was perfect. My only criticism is the lack of emphasis and appreciation for our wedding anniversary celebration. I messaged ahead of time so they know I would appreciate something complimentary to surprise my wife. But nothing. They just gave us a room with a balcony, which we could not even use due to the cold and rainy weather. ALL the other hotels we’ve stayed with in the past have surprised us with a room upgrade or even as simple as a free snack. Little things like that really add to the memories and make our celebration a little bit more special, especially for my wife. But nothing, even as I mentioned it again during check in. Other than that, everything else was great.
