The Sterling Inn & Spa is truly a gem. Our 4th stay here did not disappoint. A perfect Inn, great staff, amazing breakfast and a place to escape from the stressors of everyday.

staff was friendly upon arrival, check in was quick and we were informed on how the continental breakfast worked/how to order and other information regarding the hotel. the room was spotless, some things may need replacing or minor touch ups; cap on the shower valve came off by just turning it and the small side table set in front of the tv was wobbly and had some chipping on the top of the table. everything else was well functioning and clean! lots of amenities provided in the washroom as well. the continental breakfast was lovely and just enough food, delivered on time and quickly. didn’t get a chance to try their restaurant- would definitely recommend!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The room was clean, location locations location!!!!!!! the staff were very friendly and helpful and the complementary breakfast in bed was a great touch, along with it came the fresh croissants and jam that was amazing!! I will definitely be back again

Great room and location, nice to be in a quiet area but then also just a few blocks from the Clifton Hill strip. Maybe a 15min walk to the north end of the falls. The room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel staff are very accommodating and they were nice to upgrade us after waiting a while to check in. The tub can be used to soak or with jets, and is self-cleaning. I will say we had a suite on the main floor and the person in the room above us walked around a lot at night, so bring earplugs or request a room on the second floor for light sleepers. The complimentary breakfast includes fresh croissants and an egg (a quiche on one day, hard boiled the next). We found the coffee a bit weak so ask for extra grounds in the french press, there's also a Starbucks 3 blocks away (they will charge the tourist tax though). Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.
