The hotel was clean and had a variety of resturants and a bar. The location was perfect about a 7 minute walk to the falls and around the corner Clinton hill and several restaurants. There is a spa and indoor pool. The room I stayed in was modern the view was perfect.

The hotel location is outstanding it’s very near to Niagara Falls. If you are coffee lover like me then Star bucks is located inside the hotel . This hotel is near to all cafés and restaurant

The pool was good but the Massimo Italian restaurant was the worst unless of course you like overpriced frozen food. Wait until you see your invoice at checkout it is littered with fees you have never heard of like Resort Fees, luxury fees, parking fees on top of the parking price, what a rip off.

The hotel was beautiful, perfect location, and lots of amenities. Many of the staff were very kind and helpful. My issues with the hotel involved security and the valet service. Upon check-out, we called for the valet which took over 40 minutes to bring our car around and another 10 minutes to get our luggage. This felt completely unacceptable considering we paid $130 for parking. Regarding security, we returned to the hotel late one evening to find a random man touching himself in the hotel lobby wearing a ski mask. There was no keycard needed to enter the lobby or the elevator even after staffed hours were over, which created a particularly unsafe feeling especially for female travellers. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel and a great location. However, I would recommend staying somewhere else for the reasons above.
