The hotel was in a great location for all the sights we wanted to see. It was close to restaurants and the boat tours. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. We had a nice view of the American falls. The wait time for elevators was a little long when it was busy- just something to note for timing.

Did not disappoint

Our stay was excellent, the room was beautiful as it overlooked the Niagara Falls. Conveniently looked at the bottom of Clifton Hill, Starbucks in the lobby, great restaurants only steps away. Highly recommend.

The view overlooking. Niagara Falls was incredible. Everything is close by and walkable. Kids loved all of the activities available. Only negative was the cost to park the car in the lot was expensive.

Beautiful view , excellent location to Clifton hill . Second time I’ve stayed there where the bill has been wrong. Check carefully or pay up front on hotels.com . Do not use the express checkout.

Only thing i can really compain about is the AC in the room did not work, only way to get the room cooled down below 70 was to open the balcony door when the outside was cool.
