The hotel was in a great location for all the sights we wanted to see. It was close to restaurants and the boat tours. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. We had a nice view of the American falls. The wait time for elevators was a little long when it was busy- just something to note for timing.

Only thing i can really compain about is the AC in the room did not work, only way to get the room cooled down below 70 was to open the balcony door when the outside was cool.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel . The view from American falls (4th floor) was great . Everything was great but we do noticed that anyone can go up in the elevators to the rooms floor. They need to have the same system Sheraton in Toronto has ! We can only go up to the rooms if you have the guest card ! That’s a safety measure for all of the guests . Lots of people inside of the lobby and walking around the property so anyone can go up . For this reason we did not feel safe .

Great location, but they made up all sort of extra charges. We stayed with our 2 kids, but charged fee for 2 extra adults. We booked the Fallsview room, they gave us the room but charged extra fees stating that we requested an upgrade. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. Stay away!!

The hotel is very well located, right in the middle is the action, views to the falls almost from anywhere. The outdoor pool odds also amazing, kind of small but great overall. The stars is friendly and helpful right when you enter the place. World definitely come again
