The rooms were clean but you can hear everything that was happening in the halls from inside the room. The breakfast was the worst. They served the cheapest food available. Also we had to pay for parking at the hotel which we were note aware of the fee until we got at the hotel. Stay away from this hotel.

The property is a little dated, but overall clean. Rooms are small, however has all the amenities required to be comfortable. We were in an adjoining room and the people next door were loud. We heard everything and it was difficult to sleep with loud neighbours. I also heard everyone in the hallway that walked past our room. Walls are thin. $20 per night parking was high and should be included with your stay. Breakfast was very good, many options. Despite the positives, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel in the future.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast buffet (sunny side up eggs and pork sausages) tasted nothing and watery). It was interesting to watch the pancakes processing to the end and pancakes were not that bad. If there were blueberry pancakes, that would be awesome! This hotel is clean and affordable and you enjoy the walk many blocks to the Niagara Falls for view. Hotel is not far from carnival park and lot of interesting restaurants and stores. Be aware that this hotel parking lot is not free, it is CAD 21 something fee for the parking. I saw other guests from breakfast buffet, they left their car outside the hotel property so I think it is okay to leave car off the hotel property for overnight for free. It is just perfect for one night for visitors from USA for all day and night in Niagara Falls area. Have fun !! Oh by the way, this is pet friendly hotel..

Close to everything

Rooms are a little dated- TV quality was poor, but we weren't there for the TV so it didn't bother the family at all. Breakfast was about the same each day for variety, but decent and the staff was ALWAYS friendly. Would stay again
