There was a major snow storm coming in, which everyone new. The front desk called my cell phone at 5:30 am and me to move my car which was in a properly designated parking stall. They needed it as a snow deposit area. So instead of knowing thia majow event was coming in and pylon the area off, they chose instead to wake us up at 5:30 am

Room wasn’t as expected, not terrible but not cleaned. They gave us a new room which was better, then we could sleep due to a couple being loud aggressive and crying all night…. I would expect a free stay or refund from my last trip here.

Worst stay I have ever had It felt like this was a low-end motel Filthy blankets, sheets and towels had stains and marks and the bedroom was full of hair Whether if it was human or pet hair, it was alot of it Didn’t bother to ask for another room because most likely all rooms are alike Towels were small not ideal for an adult to use after a shower. The noise from outside was coming in like there was a sheet of paper in between not a proper wall When trying to check out, there was a sign that says be back in 5 minutes Two ladies were apparently having a breakfast, i understand people need break but there should’ve been at least one person at the front especially when it was around check out times 1 star is too high for this place
