They were not able to accommodate us and sent us to another property that was significantly further away. This resulted in us having to pay for parking and for transportation to our event.

With no warning, the hotel informed us they didnt have a room for us when we arrived. They “upgraded” us to the Hilton but no notice at all. If we were told this in advance, we would have chosen another hotel. The upgraded hotel was not for us. We don’t like staying at large hotels due to anxiety. Likely won’t return to days inn after this.
