The check in process was fast. The rooms were not that great. The window’s curtain was ripped in one of the room and inexistent in the second room. The beds were comfortable. The towels in the bathroom had a greyish color instead of being white. Toiletries not sufficient in the bathroom. One little shampoo, one little conditioner and lotion. We were three people in one room. Breakfast was included but the food was horrible. The location of the hotel was good, walking distance to the fall.

This is a great location in proximity to Clifton Hill; everything is walkable. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The property, inside, is not terribly clean and the rooms are rundown. There was no hot water on the day of our departure, the halls were filled with screaming children and loud music. We later found out that the hotel is being used for migrant housing, which explained a lot. Steer clear, not great.

The hotel is need a of serious revamp. Rooms are smelly, carpets are very dirty and saturated with dirt, window curtains were ripped in multiple place and completely stained, had an awful smell, our sheets had stains on them and needed to be changed immediately. Staff was nice. Hotel has potential to be much better especially if you’re paying $300/night (weekend price)
