Decent, with kind employees.

I wasn’t fond of the check in process. I was tired after a long day and they have you fill all of your personal info in on an iPad. Really just a minor inconvenience, the employees were kind. The room was decent, the tv was small, the shower had good water pressure. For the right price, I would definitely stay there again. We were going to a show at the Fallsview Casino, and it was just a short walk from the hotel.

I said we didnt walk in, we were guest who stayed the night. She said it didnt matter we needed to have made a reservation. Why were we not told this on checking in?

Front desk was very unhelpful regarding parking in the area clearly looking to charge $35 per night at the hotel which is outrageous. Dismissive at best. The room does not have a fridge and was dated, cleam but the hotel is inconvient maze of random hallways and i would not stay there alone. Location is good but I wouldnt stay there again. Boutique is simply a way of covering the dated old rooms vibe.

I booked an exterior/courtyard facing room. The curtains and carpet were old and worn, the room was poorly lit, paint was pealing off the wall, the vents consistently made a clanging noise and there was evidence of a leak on the ceiling. Thankfully, we were able to change to another room, which was brighter and less noisy (on the 3rd floor) but more of the same in terms of the carpets/curtains. The colored huts in the courtyard were cute but were not available to be used by hotel guests, and were being used as storage sheds for the hotel. For a boutique hotel the rooms felt very much like a budget motel.
