We were checked into a room which had cockroaches (live and dead). When we called to complain they became defensive stating they had certificates to confirm they were pest free. They moved us to another room which felt like a downgrade because we lost the fridge, smart tv and phone from our room. Atleast there were no cockroaches though. Beds uncomfortable too. Would not recommend

The hotel was okay if you just need a place to stay for the night. The room looked better than I expected, the bed was comfortable and had a bit of a modern look as well as the paint design on the wall. The room had a bad smell, the television did not turn on, the bathroom needs an update the toilet was rusty and the bath/shower faucet was coming loose from the wall and was leaking. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room and a bathroom renovation. The continental breakfast needed more options put out, the highlight for my kids was making your own waffle. The muffins were tiny and a bagel option would have been nice to have. The price was okay but $10 for parking could have been removed seeing that it was not the best hotel.

Everything was broken and in poor condition in the room, such as the bed. There was no hot Water, no heat in the room, and no blankets. Overall, I had a very bad experience with this property, and I advise other people to stay away from this Motel. It's a Joke. I would rather spend the night in my Van than at this motel. They showed something else online (when I was booking), and in reality, it was totally the opposite of it; this is 100% False Advertising on Howard Johnson's part. What a Rip Off.
