Staff was wonderful. Only issue is that the room was much too warm at night. Regardless of setting the AC at 63, it was still much too warm.

The room and lobby, hallways, etc. stood out for cleanliness! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast being included was a nice amenity as well as cookies, coffee, tea in the lobby. Water in the lobby would be a nice touch! We had a very nice stay!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here for a family trip to Niagara Falls. The rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed the included breakfast, which had a variety of tasty options. The coffee/tea and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch as well.

Cleanliness ,breakfast and services were acceptable , the only thing was not ok , the parking fee of $22+tax , while the Clifton hotel that it located opposite side has free parking for guests and it was public parking of $5 on the side street, but cause of the rain I had to use the hotel parking
