This property is very close to everything but also out of the way so it's a bit quieter than other hotels in the area. It was relatively clean, very easy to check in and out and the parking lot is a great size.

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with our kids, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and truly family-friendly, making it a perfect choice for a comfortable and stress-free stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, offered a good selection to start the day off right. The hotel’s location near Clifton Hill made exploring attractions easy and convenient. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained hotel that caters well to families, this is a solid choice.

It had been raining and the 1st floor was leaking through the ceiling. They quickly had someone come to do repairs though and it was done by the next day. Very nice place to stay for a trip to Niagara!

Our stay was great. Hotel and room were clean. The complimentary breakfast is really good with a variety of breads, bagels, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, and more. The front desk puts out free cookies everyday too! Great location too; quiet at night away from the main strip but still only a short walk to the attractions.

All employees were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good variety for breakfast. Limited counter space in room. Limited hangars. Confusing about when room would be serviced by housekeeping. First 3 days it was serviced but last 3 days I had to request towels/ washcloths and set trash cans in hall to get emptied. I would stay again. Price was reasonable.
