Terrible experience. Room was dirty when I arrived, no housekeeping or room service due to a strike (which they never told me before booking). Staff promised me a partial refund, but after checkout they refused and denied ever saying it. Had to clean and take out trash myself on vacation. Dishonest and unprofessional wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located at a very convenient spot which gives you easy access to Clifton Hill attractions and falls too. The room was neat and clean, the staff was very polite and helped us whenever required. Reasonably priced and good overall hotel, would definitely recommend.

Beds were comfy, room didn't smell but the walls were dirty. Room service was great and completed everything we asked to have refilled. I was disappointed with the price of the breakfast as I was under the assumption the breakfast was included with the stay. The eggs, sausages and hasbrowns were good but the waffles was nothing short of cardboard.

Staff is always helpful and very pleasant. The location of this hotel is perfect. Far enough off the hill that it’s quiet but close enough to walk everywhere. This is our 3rd stay and we will keep coming back.
