Wasn’t the best stay location is good it’s close to the attractions but then again there’s many hotels in the area however the pool was shutdown so we didn’t get to enjoy that room wasn’t dirt but not the cleanest also there was a huge hokey team and they were all placed on the top floor and it was constant loud noises stomping from late night to the early morning we could hardly sleep, when you have large groups like that you need to place them on the lower levels they tend to be inconsiderate and usually are accompanied by entitled parents who don’t discipline them or have any regards for anyone else .

Check in and check out processes were easy. Room was pretty clean but not spotless and the jacuzzi was fun, plus it was close to everything that mattered in Niagara. Good toiletries and bathroom necessities.

Lovely hotel! Walkable to the Falls and Clifton Hill but still a bit removed from the madness. Was a 2-minute walk to the theatre where I was seeing a show and that was perfect!
