Location is fantastic. Right at the top of Clifton Hills so it’s only a short walk to dining and entertainment and a nice stroll to the falls. Lots of parking which is worth the $17 a day compared to parking costs in the area. The a/c kept our room nice and cool in the heat. It’s an older property and although clean, could use some basic repairs. It seemed like every screw, door knob, and fixture was loose in our room.

Only thing I like it closes to Clifton Hill and eating places. Other than that, first the hotel parking lot hard to find space and they charge $17 per day. The towels and bed sheets has stains and the room need more cleanliness..

Very Clean! Quick walk to Clifton Hill. Easy parking on site. Staff were very friendly. Pool. On the day of check out, let us keep our vehicle there intil 3pm...so we could enjoy more of Niagara Falls.

Hotel was located close to many dining and entertainment places, close to the falls. Facilities are clean and staff is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms could use improvement. We stayed in a room with no view at all, we had a wall outside our window. There's no noise isolation either.

The property wasn’t the newest and greatest. However, I was provided a comfortable bed, amazing Air Conditioning and the check-in staff was truly one of the best I’ve experienced in the industry. The room was clean and most importantly the bathroom was spotless! Even the AC filter was clean! I stayed in room 203 which seems like an addition to the inn that was added. I am pleased to say that for the money you pay, I would truly 100% stay here again. Thanks again to the staff for the wonderful greeting and experience they provided.
