Our stay at the hotel was a very bad experience. There was a lot of noise coming from the corridor, as children were running and shouting throughout the evening until around 12:00 a.m. We contacted the front desk, but they informed us that the guests were part of a hockey team and that nothing could be done. We were staying at the hotel to spend some quality time, but the constant noise completely ruined our evening. Because of this, we checked out at midnight. We are very disappointed with our experience.

There were kids late at night running the halls screaming for 3 nights in a row and knocking on people's doors. (Not the hotels fault, front desk tried to talk to parents) We were told not much could be done until security got there closer to midnight. The bed was really uncomfortable causing lots of back pain. Everything else was nice about the hotel. It was close to everything and couldn't hear any outside noise

Have used this hotel many times. It has never disappointed me. Clean, friendly, spacious and near everything. Should be higher than two stars in my opinion.
