It’s always a plus when there is no carpet in the rooms! The bathroom floor was heated which was wonderful on your feet. The hotel is across the street from Fallsview casino and many restaurants. Free parking is great considering most hotels have a fee.

Location was perfect, right beside Fallsview Casino. Room was mostly clean, but bathroom had a bit of a smell. Also common elevator had an unpleasant odor.

We arrived at 10:20 pm and were told the hot tub and pool were closing at 10:30. We went to our room, which happened to overlook the pool, and people continued to swim until almost 11 pm. This was disappointing, as if we had known, we wouldve quickly changed and come down!

Full service breakfast. Good options, but very expensive to upgrade their options, almost $7 for an extra egg. Food was fresh and hot. Staff was great. Room was basic for almost $300 a night. No robes. Didn't see the indoor pool, so can't comment. Location is great if you want to go to the casino,or one of the event spaces. Lots of premium dining options close by.

the room was missing a chair do i could not sit at the desk and do my work. Apart from that, the heater had a max of 78 fahrenheit but the room was freezing. i could not sleep well due to the temperature of the room which was more like 70 and not 78. And lastly it says that check in is at 3pm??? i arrived at 430 pm and the room was still not ready i had to wait in the lobby 20 min to get the room key. It is a disorganized place that is cutting corners with the heating to save money. Will never return.

The walls seem to be paper thin because ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I could hear ALL NIGHT! Even things going on outside. Between the neighbors kids screaming (I don't blame the children, the parents are responsible for the child's behavior), the traffic enforcer with his whistle down the street, people coming and going to their rooms at odd hours of the night and literally just people talking at a normal tone can be heard THE ENTIRE TIME you're trying to sleep. The hotel needs to upgrade their sound proofing because wow. It was BAAAAAAAD!! I am not one to complain much at all, I tolerate a lot from others in an effort to try and be understanding of them as well but it was BAD!

Rooms, as always, were very clean. The front desk staff this time were very helpful and friendly. One of the receptionist even came to our room to help with the Wi-Fi connection. The pool area was a bit dark. More lighting is needed, especially when there are little kids around. Overall very nice trip. Definitely we will come back again.
