We loved our stay, the costumer service was amazing! Our only donw side was that one of the main lights where out and the sink drain wasnt draining. Other then those little things we loved our stay along with the beautiful garden

We chose your five-star property expecting a relaxing and memorable experience. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed to find mold in the bathroom of our room. I was a bit disappointed with our room. We were travelling with a group of friends and our rooms were quite different. My room specifically had a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 90’s. The bathtub and toilet were so old that they were a beige colour, and our vanity was an old laminate that was chipped all over and was recalled way too many times. Some of the rooms that my friends had seemed to be renovated, so I wasn’t happy with having spent the same amount for a room that wasn’t renovated while theirs were. We paid $400/ night for a long weekend. The service was excellent though.
