It was my first time here and the room/bathroom, and the swimming pool/hot tub area was well kept and clean. The Christmas decorations really added a cozy vibe to the experience. The room service was generally quick and helpful. However, I can’t speak for the restaurants or resort food since we didn’t try it out.

Room was spotless but a little outdated. Beautiful Christmas decorations in lobby. Staff at front desk were pleasant and accommodating. Spa service was excellent. Highly recommend Melissa for massage therapy. The restaurant was incredible. The food was delicious, ambiance cozy and staff very attentive. Overall great experience.
