I had a wonderful stay at this **affordable 5-star hotel**, located just **1.5 hours from downtown Toronto**—a perfect spot for a **weekend getaway**. The **staff was welcoming and attentive**, and the hotel itself was **immaculately clean**. The **rooms were spacious**, featuring a **modern washroom** and a **comfortable bed**, though I found the pillow a bit uncomfortable. The **pool area was a highlight**, with **six sun beds, cozy couches, and a relaxing atmosphere**. While the **hot tub was enjoyable, it can get crowded on a Saturday night** as it only fits about **10 adults**. Another great perk is that the **on-site bar, restaurant, and pool are open until 11 PM**, giving guests plenty of time to unwind in the evening. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a **relaxing and enjoyable escape from the city**.

Staff were extremely helpful, we had some children banging doors and running up and down hallways after 1030 pm. The staff quickly dealt with the matter. Tony (front desk) was more than helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Will be returning as frequent guests.

The staff are fantastic. However the hotel is very old. I booked a room with two queen bed but the beds were extremely small definitely not queen bed. Our room was close to the laundry room the entire night we hear the noise from the laundry room so the sleep was awful.

Fabulous getaway hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at White Oaks! This was our first visit and we will definitely return. The hotel was very nice, all the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were comfortable, the spa was relaxing with a nice atmosphere, the restaurant was excellent and we appreciated the healthy choices. It was connected to an outstanding health club that we were able to use and really enjoy. This was a fabulous and relaxing birthday getaway!
