Staff were very courteous, right from the front door. Room was clean and spacious. Food was very good, ordered room service, it was wonderful. The gym was very nice, all that I needed plus it has a steam room and sauna which was very nice. Pool was nice, but lots of kids. Grounds were very nice and a perfect location, with access to highways.

Everything stood out to me; the hotel itself inside and out is beautiful. Everyone who works there is very kind and professional, they really go above and beyond. You can order food and drinks with to your room, and they place it right on your table, which was extremely convenient. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, it had everything I could need.

Fire alarm went off for 20 mins, hard beds, not as new as it looks in photos. Not many tv channels and both restaurants were completely booked so options on site for guests weren't there.

While the date was amazing, kind, caring. Right there when you needed and went above and beyond the room was dry and felt like there was zero ventilation and the bed was an absolute stone. They did add a pillow topper on the mattress but unfortunately it was very uncomfortable. We would not rebook at this hotel.
