Clean room, very spacious and we were offered a free upgrade so the suite was lovely. Great view. Staff were friendly, William checked us in and was incredibly pleasant. We didn’t use the gym or have breakfast.

I never had problema with Vittoria. This is by far our favorite hotel until our recent stay. The lady I spoke to kept on telling me to come back at 4pm, she insisted multiple times to come back at 4pm while other guests are being handed their keys. No care, no ounce of service at all considering I was travelling with a kid. Good thing that when I came back, the supervisor was able to assist me although I still needed to wait, I felt that she cared and she empathized unlike the initial staff that I spoke to.

The next room over stayed up until 6.00 am. Not partying...but could definitely hear them through the walls. Obviously very little sound barrier between the rooms. Not loud enough to call front desk...but loud enough that we didn't sleep much. We've stayed there a couple of times before...it's a nice hotel, but it's the last time we stay there.

We stay in the falls 2x per year March break and christmas Every year for like 20yrs as my wife and i used to live there. We have stayed in almost every hotel near the falls, from ramada to oaks tower. After our stay at Vittoria we have stopped looking at other hotels. Facilities staff cleanliness location All of the above are the best we have seen. Even the restaurant beside the hotels mama mias is one of the best. Just stop looking and stay here Itll be the best place you and you family have been
