Not a good hotel.

If I had known that the office was not accessible, I would not have booked this hotel! Not only that, there was no ice machine down on the main floor, only up the stairs on the 2nd floor. This is 2017, start complying witge the AODA already. In addition, the desk is not staffed 24/7. You get someone by using a phone outside the office. The room heat was cranked to 80, we were dying in there. The carpet was wrinkled severely. No cable TV, just analog channels. The bathroom fixtures in our room were yellow, made me want to puke because of the color. There is no black out curtain. The lights from the skywheel and the parking lot blare into your room if you face it. I will never go there again even though it's right on the hill. It's not worth the cost.

In travelocity's description it says something like, 24 hour commercial facility on sight. Well its an outdoor karaoke bar. the management makes you sign a form saying you won't complain about noise. Im not blaming the hotel, Im blaming travelocity for that. The staff was very helpful with me and directions

The staff was friendly and accomodating!!!

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: Noisy
The room was ok for the amount of money I spent. The only major issue I had was that there was a Karokee bar located right next to the hotel & the music could be heard all night long.

Everything about the hotel was just average.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, good location., good value
Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast
Hotel was alright and for a Saturday night, decent price. The outdoor bar looked cool but was closed due to rain. The water pressure was bad in the shower, went from cold to hot at random. No soap holders in bathroom so bars of soap would fly everywhere haha. TV remote didn't work, and room had extension cords ran through it. Overall i would stay there again though, like i said good price and excellent location right in the middle of Clifton hill.

Loved the karyoke bar

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, great karyoke bar
I don't understand why people are upset that there is a karyoke bar in the parking lot. It was a lot of fun. The website informs you of that when you book your room. There is no surprise. I will definitely be back to this hotel. We had a great time.

Know BEFORE you go...

My sister and i had a nice stay, but if we had small kids it would have been a nightmare. When I went to the front desk to check in, I had to sign a waiver stating that I knew that there was an OPEN AIR Karaoke bar in the parking lot, that was open til 2:30 am! We didn't have much of an issue with this, but if this had been a family trip, and my kids were younger, it most definitely WOULD have been a problem. The room wasn't bad, it was clean, with ample towels and standard amenities, just your normal motel room, the restaurant adjacent was good, and it was nice having coupons for $$ off each breakfast. The property is in a GREAT location, right on Clifton Hill, which ia exactly what we were looking for. I just think there should be a ""warning"" of sorts that if you are older, have little ones, or like to turn in early, that this may not be the place for you. People who have a few beers tend to forget that they maybe can't sing as well as they THINK they can- although, that was kind of entertaining, as well. Also worth noting is the fact that we felt secure and safe here, and it was a pretty short walk to the casino, and attractions, so we could leave the car parked, and walk to our destinations.

Okay hotel, great location!!

Very old and dated hotel. Very basic. Somewhat clean. The only + to this hotel is the parking - great location, short walking distance to nearly everything! One minor alert - right next to the hotel is a kareoke bar with loud music / singing until 2-3am in the morning. Didn't really bug us as we got in late, but if your looking to sleep during these times - forget it!
