The unfriendly, unsmiling, unwelcoming staff would have been okay, yet to accept my my money, early check in fee and then ask for a certificate for my dog after the original letter from my Doctor was accepted was unacceptable. To ask for this after I had checked in and spent the afternoon was a surprise. The medical letter is the legal proof required. To be told twice after checking in to keep the dog clean is insulting. If there was a problem they had a security deposit. Of course the room was left in immaculate condition. Not that they care, I will never go back.
