I was moved to the Hilton, no idea why. We checked in, our room was in the north tower, 27th floor. Elevators were an issue. Twice we had to hoof it DOWN 27 floors because the elevator would just go on by, going up worked just fine. Someone was smoking in their room…. It was coming through the vent into the room, twice. Called the front desk, they said it’s a no smoking hotel…. No kidding…. They didn’t seem to really care. And finally!! Be prepared to pay for parking!! At the Hilton, outside parking is $50 a day, in the garage, $80 a day, and valet is, whatever it is!! This is Canadian $$.

Great service! Arrived too early to check in but was “pre-checked” and parking aurthorized. Easy to obtain room right at 4 pm. Coffee service in lobby. Loved the whirlpool soaking tub after walking many miles! Great stay. Thank you!
