One disappointment

Everything was close to excellent with only one complaint. Room had a jetted tub and the jets were so terrible I wouldn’t use the tub. For that reason alone I would only give 4 stars instead of 5 which is sad because the room and staff were definitely 5 star and yes I would stay here again.

Paid for a king jacuzzi suite overlooking the Falls. Gave me a room on first floor overlooking the parking lot. So much for our view with an upgraded room. everything outdated from 90’s bathroom complete with cracked sink and barely working shower. Needless to say, never staying there again. we go to the Falls about 5 times a year. By far the worst. Oh and 50 bucks a day to parks. I’m dating myself but I used to pay 50 a room…..

Frontdesk staff was ok but not cordial enough, maybe I am just used to very warm staff from other hotels. Room had candy wrapper in the drawer beside the bed when we arrived. The shampoo bottle was empty and when I informed frontdesk after checkout all she said was I will inform housekeeping. Hotel structure is dated and needs an upgrade. Exhaust in bathroom was not working.

The hotel is perfectly located ,beautiful view ,near the casino & could walk to the show. It was clean. Everyone was so nice. I have nothing to complain about. It was a beautiful night in the in the Falls.
