Con: - front desk personnel communication is very grumpy. - porter watched me to load my luggages onto the cart then watched me to push into the hotel. - the hotel charged $60.45 for parking overnight while the Casino parking lot, 2 minutes walk from the hotel charge $35. - the bathroom has some black spots in the bathtub - the toilet wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Pro: the hotel location located in a walking distance to the falls.

Didn’t get to stay. Canadian immigration refused entry due to past DUI charge in 1994 in USA. Asked Hotel and Expidia for a refund both Refused. Not ever trying to spend my money in Canada and Not using Expidia again Ever!

View was AMAZING! The friendly staff helped us upgrade to an amazing Fallsview on the 18th floor. No coffee maker or microwave in room if that matters to you. We’re fine but a heads up. That was all in the lobby though. Jetted tub was a huge plus! Loved our stay… we will be back.

Please be advised that if you do not book a falls view room, you will be placed in a motel down the street. Do not let the pictures deceive you. Our room had bugs in it, we walked in and immediately walked out and left. We did not stay overnight.

Breathtaking view

Our stay at The Oakes Hotel was amazing! We had a suite on the 18th floor with a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. We also received discount coupons for the hotel’s own restaurants, which offered excellent food and great service. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay here again!
