The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds are always a plus. I had a view of the roof from my balcony but I wasn’t in the room very much so it wasn’t a big deal. I’d stay there again for sure.

Room is clean as well as bedding & bathroom area! Quality of bed could be improved but I guess you pay for what you get! Great location across the casino & near several restaurants! Great indoor pool & jacuzzi-the ladder in deep end is falling apart-should be fixed in case of an accident! Bkfst was good!

We were Celebrating our Anniversary, during The 🦃 Thanksgiving weekend. We are please with our choice. We recommend this hotel to everyone. Perfect location, close to all attractions of Niagara Falls. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Parking with possibility to use our car during the day, without additional fee. Helpful Staff. Our room was on the Floor 1, we had an adjoining room which posed an issue with noise, we could hear the people in the room next door, talking, opening and closing door, TV etc. Did not get a good nights rest due to the noise.

The location was great as it was a quick walk to the OLG venue, which was where we were going. The hotel is an older hotel so don't expect it to look very modern, but it is clean and the buffet breakfast was nice.

The room was dirty and had a weird smell. Our room was in another building than the one we checked into. Parking is a problem, even though you have to pay for parking. Breakfast was crowded and the ladies working were rude. The beds were very uncomfortable!
