No spinners for pool clothes No microwave Very dirty bedding ( lots of hair on the bedding) I saw a cleaner, cleaning a washroom she was draining the toilet brush cup filled with used liquid and washed the toilet brush in the sink and on top She cleaned the toilet bowl, around the seat and the seat top and bottom with same brush. Which disgusted me. Never ever going back.

I found the walls in this hotel very thin. We could hear everything from the room beside us. Now there was a door so that the rooms could be adjoining, so that might have added to the ability to hear the noise coming from the other room. Overall the hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The hotel is nicely located if you are looking to enjoy the casino or the OLG stage.

Location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the falls. The hotel could use some updates, the layout is odd (different entrances/levels), breakfast buffet room is tucked in the basement in a small room, beds were hard and our room smelled really bad.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a big plus. However, the hotel could really benefit from a thorough cleaning to improve the overall experience. That said, the price was reasonable for the season.

The hotel rooms are dirty and the pull-out sofa bed was broken and unusable. I called hotel manager and he said there is nothing he can do. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

It's located on Fallsview but with no view to the falls. Certain parts of hotel have no wlwvator access, only stairs. Free breakfast is done by 9:30am. The breakfast is not appealing. & is right next to the pool so you smell chlorine as you eat. Don't wear white socks on the room, carpets are very dirty. My daughter stained her clothes from sitting on the floor after just getting dressed. The beds are very hard & uncomfortable. They count the towels so you get 2 towels for 2 people, please don't drop them on the dirty carpet and haven't taken your 2nd shower as yet because you don't clean ones until next day. Definitely not what was advertised.

The shower had mold the hot tub disgusting there something floating on the surface of the water and in the corners on the bottom gross and the pool was the same. Very disgusting and disappointed for all the money we paid for this place I would’ve expected better. The staff at front desk wasn’t very knowledgeable about the local area and things to do and where to go they sent us down the street to ask others

It was a clean hotel, but for nearly 1000$ for two nights the amenities were extremely outdated. Our television was from 2010, small 32 inch plasma screen tv with the screen burnt at the bottom. The room objectively was clean and tidy but the pillows were almost the size of my head. I would recommend this to people who are seeking a budget option (or not if you're willing to spend a couple hundred more to feel like you're living within the current decade).
