Great area, close to everything in Niagara Falls. Walkable distance, Price is decent. The hotel is outdated and it is not clean to my standards. There was stuff (paper wrappers) under the bed from previous guests that was not cleaned. Also woke up with pink eye the first morning.

We stayed here September 28–29, 2025. Unfortunately, we found a live bedbug in our room and documented it with timestamped photos and video. I reported it at checkout and spoke directly with the manager, but the only offer was a 25% refund. This is unacceptable for a health and safety issue. The location is convenient, but cleanliness and safety should be the minimum standard. I cannot recommend this property until they address this problem properly.

We enjoyed the room. 309, with a sweet balcony overlooking the main road. Copa Cabana next door is the highlight of the trip. Must have for meat Lovers. Staff at hotel was friendly, room was clean, view was sweet. Hotel is older but comfortable and clean. 2 clean pools. Niagara is quaint, safe and fun.

In town for a concert at OLG. Hotel easy walking distance. Easy check-in but be prepared to pay for parking. Second time staying at hotel, rooms both times were ok, room was clean and tidy. Same with bathrooms. Not a bad hotel for the price.
