Cable TV was intermittent at best! No idea what channels were available! Poor reception/signal. Elevator was ridiculous for an 8-floor hotel. Very small! Wheelchair plus 2 people was tight! Breakfast was fine. Pleasant staff. Very efficient! Wheelchair access needs to be reviewed to make it more user friendly.

Beds were comfy, room was clean, no issues with the room and wifi was good. Staff were all really nice, friendly and accommodating. Buffet was really good, food was hot and delicious, lineup moved fast even though it was busy. Pool was nice and clean and warm, but hot tub could be cleaned more regularly, it was a little dirty in the evening.

Location is good and convenient. Walkable to the falls, dining, and other activities but if you are coming with a car, your stay doesnt include parking. You need to pay $30 per day on top of your nightly stay which I think is unreasonable. Line up early for breakfast because the hall gets packed super fast. Bring your own body wash because their bathroom only have 2 container of shampoos (who needs this much shampoo?) and a bottle of conditioner. Our room temp fluctuates and doesnt get cold enough even if you turn A/C fan high and cool.
