I had a broken toilet seat and they didn’t fix it. Thought it was funny when I’ve kept asking about it. The one guy when I asked him did you get a hold of the manager so that they could get my seat fixed? He laughed and said I’ve totally forgot

We enjoyed the pool and outside courtyard to dry off n get sun. Very close to Clifton Hill and walk to the Falls and Fallsview Casino.

Great location. Didn't expect to have to scrape ice out of the refrigerator to try ro get it to be cold; it's still not after 3 hours. And, I'm not sure who was in the room before us, but they clearly like glitter, because it's on the floor and the only chair in our room😕

The bathroom in the room was tiny! You can barely get in and shut the door. One of elevators was broke and we were on the 10th floor and had to hoof it up to our room... the wait to use the only working elevator was long. The desk staff was the best part of our experience. They were friendly and kind.
