The room was large bring a corner unit …we enjoyed the huge semi round corner window …the room etc was clean and comfortable …room service was good (but ask about all the extra charges that are added over and above the price) …the outdoor pool is very nice …the indoor pool was added after …therefore you have to walk through the conference area, through the gym and down 2 flights of stairs …the pools are salt water as well …the shower takes a bit of time to get heated …the towels from the company that run the pool and gym are very cheap and small …Cafe B is a nice little area to have a quick simple breakfast ..the lobby and other restaurants are quite nice

Excellent experience from the moment I checked in; front desk staff was best I have encountered. Room was well kept and modern and all features worked properly. Pool area was too crowded to enjoy, it felt like members of the general oublic are able to buy access to the pool as they didn’t appear to be of the same quality as the guests staying at the hotel.

The staff at the Brookstreet was excellent. I needed to change rooms because the first one they gave me smelled like cigarette smoke. They were understanding and accomidating. I love that visitors have 3 hour free parking too! For such a nice hotel, the location is a bit odd. Most of my golf course view was of the business park around the hotel.
