Check in at the front desk eas amazing! Laura was wonderful and helpful. Our room is so nice and its spotless. I think this is the cleanest room we've ever stayed in and that includes top name hotels. Restaurants abd shops all around us. We walked to Byward Market and back no problem.

This hotel did not disappoint. On our way back to Toronto from Quebec we have decided to spend the night it was comfortable, spacious and the staff are courteous. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
