The room was really clean. The staff was courteous. I found the breakfast options met my needs. I was able to get a paper copy of a map when I was having issues with my electronic devices. If I'm in Ottawa again, I will stay here because it was in walking distance (10-15 mins) to where my meetings were. Check out was easy, but I would suggest offering a receipt to guests as a standard ask. Thanks for a good stay.

I have stayed at the inn several times, my family love it. The rooms are clean, spacious and amenities are handy and great. it is an environmentally friendly place. The breakfast menu is okay, though I find the breakfast sandwiches and egg bites a bit dry and too salty, otherwise everything is okay. Overall, it is a nice place to stay either for business or pleasure
