The Residence Inn was convenient, with easy access to downtown Ottawa. We appreciated the laundry facilities and the ability to cook in the suite. Breakfast choices were good, plain yogurt and oat milk are always appreciated.

I liked that the breakfast was on China. It so refreshing t getthis instead of styo form . Very cautious about the environment. Enjoyed that coffee and tea were available at any time.

The property was very clean inside and outside the hotel. Our room on the 6th floor was great! Nice big room and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative comment I can leave would be the shower head wasn't the best. The shower had hot water and body supplies, shampoo, conditioner along with body wash which was amazing! I would stay at this hotel again. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food, you wouldn't leave hungry at all. Thanks for the great stay!

Really nice experience. We only stayed for one night but we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of options. An overall nice experience!

King bed was cozy! Everything was clean! Kitchenette was awesome! Had everything! Staff was pleasant and helpful! Maybe lactose free cream and milk??😉 Water pressure could have been a bit stronger in the shower, but did not takeaway from our stay
