Clean and spacious rooms. While kept and maintained property. Rooms Cleaned daily. Free breakfast exceeded our expectations. Public transportation (train) steps from the properties front door. Many additional amenities within a short walking distance. For the cost, this was one of our better hotel stays over the past few years. We will be booking all future stays at this property!

The place was great - it would have been nice if they had cooled down the room before I checked in as the air was off and it took 3 hours to get it under 20 degrees - and when I phoned to ask what time check in was you can only leave a message and no one called me back - but - the place was so clean and easy access to airport would definetely go back.

The Residence Inn was convenient, with easy access to downtown Ottawa. We appreciated the laundry facilities and the ability to cook in the suite. Breakfast choices were good, plain yogurt and oat milk are always appreciated.
