The property was great! Around Rideau Street there was a lot of homeless people who had no where else to go except door fronts. People walking up and down the streets screaming. We didn’t like to venture too far from the hotel after dark. During the day was fine.

We really appreciated the location, so close to everything we wanted to do. The room was very comfortable. It is always nice to have the kitchen. There were plenty of grocery options close by.

The hotel is in a great location, so easy to walk to everywhere. Bed was comfortable and I never heard street noise. The room was large. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I go back to Ottawa.

We loved our stay but until renovations are finished ,make sure to pick a modern room as opposed to a classic.Apparently these will be done by the end of the year.Love the walkability of the area and the staff do try to accommodate your requests
