outlet just next to the hotel. but terrible sound isolation. paper isolation, easy to hear footsteps, conversation, laughing but its acceptable to me. I didnt complaint until the unprofessional staff accused I am the one to make noisy, what the hack and the staff called my room at 11:30pm that my kids are sleeping deeply. the other day, i heard next room intentionally bump the wall when we return room after a whole day fun, the staff accused my room was keep complaining by others tonight so that they against and did that. but i just return room for 5 mins, how come i got complaint all night? its doesnt make sense. Ruined my day.

Every night in my room, I hear snoring right at the head of the bed in the room on the left. I hear coughing and talking in the room on the right. I don't understand why the soundproofing is so bad. At 7am, the sun shines bright light on the bed without a light curtain. I don't understand. The room is new, clean, and spacious. The problem is that I have to sleep on the sofa because of snoring and sunlight.
