The accommodations were clean and spacious. We had arrived really late and were able to check in without issue. I was told parking was going to be extra which they billed my card for at that moment and they informed me that they didn't have any parking passes which was fine so they buzzed me in. The gentleman said I would be able to get a parking pass the next day.
Next day rolls around and I ask for a parking pass. I explained that they didn't have any parking passes when I checked in and that they buzzed me in. The lady who I spoke to said they should have only billed me if they had a parking pass to give. Well, that wasn't the case and here we are.
She was very hesitant to provide the parking pass which she finally did but it didn't work when parking the car. I had to be buzzed in and when leaving it didn't work either. Again I had to be buzzed out. Upon coming back from an event the pass still didn't work. The gentleman I spoke to said she had activated the parking pass for the day we leave which he fixed but the damage had been done already. I suggest working on your SOP's when something like this happens. Very frustrating as one persons action could totally ruin your stay. Would I stay there again. No.
