Pros: The suit amenities were good. Had a washing machine and dryer in the suit. The kitchen was fully equipped. The TVs were recent models. Staffs were fast always. Checking in and out were very fast and flawless. Cons: The pillows were not good. We went there specially to enjoy the swimming pool in the winter but the pool was so inadequately cold. Had to climb down 2 floors through the staircase to access the swimming floor and the staircase was not heated at all! I was shivering literally when climbing back to my room after taking a quick swim in the near cold water swimming pool. The indoor garage was not heated as well. For around the amount paid per day, a completely unheated garage Had to get inside my car and it was -13 degrees inside!

The 2 bedroom modern suite makes it possible to go on a holiday with two very energetic kids and enjoy it. Lots of space to spread out. The kitchen gives options to go out, order in and reheat or have an easy cook meal. Very clean and open space. Some of the floors were under construction as rooms are being updated but it didn’t affect our stay. Additionally rooms are really sound proof within and outside of the suite. Most of the noise we heard was from the city.

Kitchen was great room was actually very nice Only problem we had was new years even when 8 kids were playing hockey in the hallway while the parents were in 2 room down from us partying Security did stop the kids but the adults never stopped until after midnight Left them alone as it was new years but was it necessary for them to keep the 2 doors open and party that loudly that I could hear every word they were saying

The room looked like it was newly renovated. Spacious and clean room. I am very pleased with the service and the room, however, the hotel arrival was very stressful. I had to wait in my car for 20minutes for a parking spot in order to check-in. During that time, I had people cut in front of me, others made me pull over to the side in the driveway area because they were just delivering something. The traffic was insane. It's quite the process to check-in and check-out.
