Unfortunately I won't be looking for rooms at this property any longer. I made a guaranteed reservation being that I travel every month to Kanata but this time my plans were altered and although I tried to negotiate for a change of dates in my reservation they still charged me for the entire stay - $800 out of my wallet into their petty cash. Client service is a big thumbs down.

Great private walking area for pets. Staff were great, friendly, and always polite. Rooms were comfortable and felt like home during our extended stay. The daily breakfast was amazing with a continuous changing menu for variety.

The hotel is simply gorgeous with incredibly spacious rooms and mattresses that are fabulous and comfy. The only area that the hotel could improve on is in the breakfast bar where some healthier no sugar options should be offered. How about plain Greek yogurt? The chia seed pudding and overnight oats were a welcome option until I tasted them and realized they were made with sweetened oat milk and honey. Travellers can add sugar, but there is no way to take it out! As a healthy eater, it is frustrating to have to take my own food everywhere I go. Please consider revamping your buffet to include a few selections that are not loaded up with sugar!

A very comfortable and convenient hotel. Staff were very responsive, and the facilities good. Breakfast was alright though we were very disappointed not to see neither recylcing nor compost at the breakfast buffet.
