There were a few light snowfalls, with winds that caused drifts that were never dealt with, and if you cleared a spot near your door someone else would take it. The walls and floors do not block much noise. Especially being below heavy walkers. The water pressure was low in both the sink and shower and the toilet had a slow leak which required extra flushes. The breakfast area was clean with hot and cold options, but stale baked goods and meh foods. Still, not paying much extra to get a breakfast and I do expect more than most people. The room was warm. We set the heat as low as it could go (16) and the fan to low, but the room was still too hot to use sheets. We had other issues, but they were specific to our visit. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and worked hard. The room was clean and refreshing nicely each day. The Roku TV was good.

Room was clean and spacious. A little excessive with mirrors. Bathroom tight but fine. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not. Too fat and hard on the neck. Breakfast was good. Variety on cycles. When we arrived, it had mini omelets, sausage pattys, and ham. When they ran low, they switched over to scrambled eggs, regular sausages, and bacon.
