What happened to me when I arrived at the hotel that day, I was surprised that when two female employees looked at me, they laughed nonstop. I don’t know why, but I waited until they finished. I ask this administration to review the cameras and investigate the matter so that this matter does not happen again.

Not Quite What I Expected
Not quite what I expected when I pulled into the parking lot. I was hauling a uhaul trailer and chose this location based on the outdoor parking and proximity of where I needed to be. It was difficult to maneuver, the lots are small. The front desk staff were nice enough when I checked in & out. The chair on the balcony was clearly broken, dirt accumulated in the light switch. The office chair was cracked and the finish was flaking off of it. The walls offer very little sound protection, there was a group next to me that were quite loud and sounded like they were in my room or at my door. I also felt like I had pulled in to a low income housing complex. When you look to the building on the left as you pull in, it gives off that vibe. The gym is barely a gym-stuffed in a small space that has poor ventilation. The hot tub area is meant for one or maybe two people total. This is what I would expect with a motel, not a Ramada Hotel.

It's awful. My room was in the second floor, there's no elevator and the staircase looks and feels like it's going to collapse at any moment. The bathroom was so small that you could barely close the door with no room to move inside at all. I woke up at 4 am to people making noise in a room nearby. I wouldn't stay there again.

The property is advertised as hotel while it is actually a motel. The room is very small and the bed is supposed to take 2 while it is sufficient for only one.
