The cleaning lady throw some items I still need. Very unhappy about that, as I was in a busy trip, and didn't have time to get those quickly. I called the front desk, but they seem didn't understand me at all. The location was good though. O-train station nearby for quick travel to downtown.

The hotel was not very clean. The elevator walls were streaked and dirty, and the rug in our room had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, one corner wall of the main bedroom showed water damage, which was disappointing. I was really not happy with the nightly rate given the value—it felt very deceiving.
